AA isn't the only worried about the Mates at this point gang. The last time AA had such a looonnnng delay was the Trek License before DST took over the license. I'm also getting worry pangs like I did when Palisade when south and were keeping up the PR campaign that they were just switching warehouses. Hopefully this isn't the case with AA, while their not the best at promoting themselves, they do still make some mighty fine toys. I just have to wonder if their spreading themselves too thin with all the different licenses or possible focusing too much on one of the other licenses? OK, someone pass me the penance plate.

I'd say between Ady, Shanester and TBT, they have just about everyone's addresses that want them known. So while I appreciate the well intentions, I reallly don't want my address plastered on the site I just got my junk mail and bills down to nothing, I don't need that getting out of hand again

Yeah, haven't been big into Lego's in awhile, but I liked the look of this game. So I'll look forward to your review. I'm still having a blast with Call to Duty 2, I need to get my brother in law in her to drill a few holes for me to run the ethernet from my modem to my box. I know I asked this question before, but I'm going to ask it again. How difficult is it to download extras and upgrades to the 360? Is it like the computer for the most part, put the disc in the 360 and hit enter on the computer? Just curious on what everyone's experience has been with this feature. Well after 3 weeks of cable issues and a fantastic installer on Thursday, we finally have new cable in the house and the computer is in one of the places I always wanted it So now I need to drill a hole from one wall into another to run the ethernet cable from my modem to the XBox So my question is, how hard is the downloading of the Xbox updates? This is all pretty new to me, but I'm blown away so far with how easy it was to install. Kind of hoping I can get to this on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Anyway, if anyone has a trick or a easy way to update the old Xbox games, please let me know here and thanks in advance again for the suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback Ady, Mrs. got up before I did this morning and was playing around with CTD game. Going to take the dog for a walk, shower and get her set up on a project before I attempt setting up the second controller again. I took the batteries out last night and figured I would start fresh this morning. Seems like it should be easy, since it's like my wireless keyboard and mouser. But I was having the damndest time and don't ask me how I set up the first one, lol. As far as the console, it was lying flat on my speaker, but I've moved into to the top of the bar with the tv, opposite of the dvd and cable box. Thanks again for the assistance, need to finish up some things so I can go play some games. Edit: You said it's a one time deal? Does that mean I only have to set it once or that I only have once to set it up? Sorry for my lack of XB360 knowledge everybody.

Thanks Ady, once the cable company rewires the house and get's outlets where I want them, we'll check out the Live arena(not to mention get better at these games). Couple of questions, was playing a game after setting it up and noticed the fan was pretty loud, is this normal? Also, tried setting up the second controller with little success, is there a trick to this? I'll check back tomorrow, as it's getting late and need to get some sleep Just wanted to set it up, test it out and get to bed. Of course that was 3 hours ago

Well, I can finally join in on the conversation and not feel entirely left out(although I am a newbie ). Wife suprised me last night by picking up the Xbox 360 while we were out and about. We looked at it initially at Best Buy, but decided to check out the deal at Costco. My wife had done some research on this for my birthday, but we were going down to SDCC and it got put on hold. Hopefully we got a pretty good deal and picked up some extra games last night, Call to Duty 2 and Kameo: Elements of Power. Now I like shoot em ups and the Mrs. likes the quest type games, which is why we picked up Kameo. So the question is, what games do you recommend for your bang for your buck? Any recommendations or discouragements on any of the accessories? Would appreciate the assistance and hope I won't be disappointed, but let me know what you think? Thanks in advance.

I think he's part of the first waves from the Hasbro line And yes, I'm looking forward to both of them, their just weird enough to get my attention. Like most, I kind of wish Hasbro would correct some of the mistakes Toybiz made and actually make some legendary figures, I'm liking what I've seen so far. Hopefully Toybiz goes out with a roar and not a whimper though. While I know their continue to sculpt for Hasbro or sell the molds, it's not going to do the line any good if they take the cheap route. Oh, and I have all of the BAF sets and look forward to displaying them eventually

Considering the cost of the FF Doombots, I just picked up a few Cobra Sky B.A.T. for my first custom. Here's a pic of the figure and hopefully it won't be too tricky either airbrushing or repainting it. If any of the customisor's have any suggestion on how to do this, post here or pm me.

You bring up a good point USB, I too would rather them be done properly than be a rushed job. Otherwise we'd be on here in 15 days bitching about the piss poor execution or how the final product doesn't look like the proto's we saw @SDCC/WWCC As others have pointed out, this happens alot in the toy company and we've been waiting longer than this for the Marvel Minimates to do something new. For those who argue that it's just reusing the same mold as the Marvel line, I say really? Have we been looking at the same Minimates? Because for the most part, 75-85% of them look like original sculpts and scale sizes. While I'm about as excited as the rest of you on the delay and pray it's not another C3 incident, I'm going to hold onto the hope that these will see the light of day. If not, I'll be the one dunking your torches in gasoline and lighting them for you at the head of the line Until the day of release or cancellation, let's all take a deep breath and...Relax

Going to agree with TBT and Reideen1313 on this one gang, nothing is going to change unless you vent your frustrations on AA's forum. Ady and his crew have provided us with a friendly environment(even if I like Trek too ) for us to discuss one of our hobbies and misc. other things. So let's try and keep the negativity to a minium and move on.

Does anyone think they'll use Spider-Man 3 as a reason to re-release the Black Spidey @retailers? A movie tie in set might be a way to generate some sales. They could have a slew of 4 packs alone with some that have already been released. Back on topic, haven't seen any new restock of Minimates lately. Hopefully something new will hit the shelves soon.
