Couldn't they do this similar to the X-Men Strike Force? Looking at Janeway they don't seem to be accentuating breasts so all they would really need to do is have a four back of one red, yellow, and blue chest and a villian (Borg probably) and then different heads.

SAME. I don't see anything that indicates the doom of the line in this. If anything I see it as a less is more and stronger. The fact that they managed to get the NetFlix Marvelverse going in some cases show unseen I think is a strong factor. We couldn't even get the SHIELD people made. Also the expansion to Walgreens is a great sign especially since TRU is closing stores while Walgreens is expanding. Not to mention Gotham being made. Are there franchises that I would love to see? Absolutely (Buffy, GOT, Disney, CW Verse) and some resurrected (DC Minimates, MAX, Pirates) but I don't think the line is dead.

The weird thing about this is I didn't even remember there was a price point difference. I just knew there was a quality/coolness difference.I wasn't fan of the character selection/pairings always but that's a common problem with me and overall I feel with DC merch. Even though I love them dearly I don't think they were as predominate back when the line was launched. Now thanks to their cartoons, tv shows and movies more DC characters are more popular and probably would have sold well, better.

Not sure that's a fight you want to start Iron Man did give us War Machine, Pepper, Black Widow, Hawkeye....

I'm on the same boat. Thor has never been a huge part of my comics diet outside of the Walt years although I have been getting more interested with the female Thor.

Does anyone have a a team photo of all the Asgardian characters? I wanted to make a check list but not doing so great.

I can think of a couple reasons, they just don't make sense (to me). For all we know D.C. Is being a mean girl and saying they are open to it but in the boardroom are making life hell and making it cost prohibitive.

I take that statement to mean get them to ask us to do them because we are open to it. Again being dense and a huge dash of wishful thinking.

I've been lucky that I have been able to keep up since the line started for the most part. There have been a few glitches or missteps but been able to get it sorted thanks to Luke. Most of the second market buys that I do are for customs. This yellowing thing though really does bother the %@&$# out of me. Those mates I would see rereleased and not squawk about because that to me is a need/almost make good.

I like your logic. Hopefully we will get there. In the meantime this wave will give us an Avenger in Peter and an honorary in MJ.

I hear you from a personal level. To me, Crystal is one of the top ten most important characters in the Marvel Universe in addition to being one of my favourite characters. An Inhuman that married into the Mutant family and the Cosmic family. An Avenger. A member of the Fantastic Four. Other people, aka toy companies and other fans probably, don't see her as that significant. She has never had a movable action figure and only has hero click figures. To me this is a huge injustice. But, I get it. Everyone has their own holy grail. But from an objective toy level, Minimates has done a great job of covering off several pockets of the MCU in at least one figure. I'm a team guy. I love the X-Men, Avengers, Defenders, New Warriors and never really gravitated toward the solo series for too long. Daredevil, Spider-men, Punisher, Ironman, Thor, Hulk, etc aren't my jam. I still buy the mates though for parts or because they crossed into the team worlds and I have an overwhelming panic of if I skip an assortment the whole thing will shut down (Thanks Toy Biz and Palz). Hopefully as the line continues to gain success we will see more of the list of "smaller" characters take flight.
