i don't like the way retro games look on digital TVs. I think they look better on the giant televisions before flat screens took over. It's not terrible to play on newer TVs but you lose some of that nostalgia feel. But here's a cool idea I've seen some hipster restaurants doing, and you should try this bc from what I remember this is for your Hipster Friendly Gym: Hook a VCR up to a nice Digital TV and all movies have an almost late 80s Live News Channel feel. The picture looks very different, has sort of a steady cam feel to it. They were playing Goonies and Princess Bride among others and it was sweet. So there's an idea because VHS is real cheap now. again, the TVs with the big tubes in the back make for the best retro gaming experiences I've found.

can't wait for that Mirror Master, I'm sold on any Flash Villains. Watchmen is exciting too. The new comics really are making me want those old school Minute Men. If they get the DC License, it be cool if they did Watchmen first.

The Cat's Lair is sweet but not really in the minimate scale. They look cool on it as a display, but the stairs and doors make me want an even bigger one. And that cheaper tank will look fine with the minis. I need multiple, multiple sets of the bad guys, there are some great pieces in there. Thundercats is only the beginning.

That new picture is really cool. The game looks to be getting very expensive. Who are those guys with the helmets? I want army builders of them. That helmet looks like The Hound's from Game of Thrones.

I also collect video games. Love regular Nintendo. Have gotten into some new games on the system as I've gotten older. I really enjoy Arcade games that were ported to the system and have recently experienced unlicensed games like the Tengen produced games. Some of my current and all time faves are: Joust Bubble Bobble Punisher (Marvel's) F15 Strike Eagle (Unlicensed) Toobin' (Unlicensed) Rolling Thunder (Unlicensed) King of Kings (Unlicensed) North and South Anybody play those or what are some of you other faves? I want to get an unlicensed game called Death Race based off the classic movie.

Wouldn't you say Carl is the 2nd most important character after Rick? I want a Carl minimate with Sheriff Hat and possibly some bandages,maybe for a variant. My point is, Carl should get made sooner than later, right? I can do a quick custom using Young Logan from Wolvie Thru Ages set and put on a cowboy hat, but I want the real deal!

I tend not to army build past 10, other than maybe Cylons not on purpose, but recently I've been getting more and more Asguardian Royal Guards, up to maybe 15 now. Now I know you others have been stockpiling and army building like pros. So What are your numbers or estimates? I'd love to know who has the most AIM soldiers and everything else. you can also use to this thread to request more army builders or sell/trade ones you have too many of. you can also state whether you use a regular minimate as an army like I do with White Halo Spartan Scouts. Who's got the biggest Covenant Army? Who has the most Hydra?

The designs are very cool but I'm wondering if they should have been bulked up or made to look taller. Maybe boots instead of shoes and a torso extender? Like won't that new Marvel Kingpin tower over Panthro? and the Battle Beasts will be bigger compared to the T Cats right? Carry Case Alligator looks like he can whoop Panthro's ass right now. Panthro almost looks too cute, know what I mean? either way I love thundercats and will buy at least 2 of each. also excited to bring in more collectors to the little game we all call minimates.

i wonder if Ozzy has that up on his wall somewhere, would he even know? I remember from mtv cribs that the Kiss guys collect all their memorabilia and decorate their houses with it. I would love to see a picture of them with their minimate.
