Can't say I'm surprised. There was also an ealier report on poor sales of the SM3 figs. Their Transformers line looks better. Hasbro has been making poor Marvel figs. There are very few worth getting. Once Hasbro released their first wave I was pretty much done collecting Marvel Legends. (More Expensive/Smaller Skinny Figs/Less Articulation/No Comic) As much as I'd want the BAFs (Brood Queen/Blob) it doesn't compensate for getting the whole set/wave imo. I've been a completist since day one, so it hurts but Hasbro killed my desire. At some point soon, I'm going to sell most of my MIP Legends except the ones I want to keep (Hulk/Spidey) P.S. Wow, congrats on the find. That is a great deal. Personally I hate when shops mark up their stuff to crazy prices. I'd go with TBT's recommendation. Do you collect C3/DC minimates? Not sure how a serious collector you are. You can consider trading it for something you want. The last couple of Javelins I've seen have sold around $80+ . I have about 4-5 Javelins and have a hard time considering to even sell them. I bought them as a crazed fan and not for the monetary value. I also believe that at some point, demand will go down as will the value. The GSXM boxsets went down a little after the Target release came out. The main peice in the Javelin set is Martian Manhunter. If DCD releases a MM, demand for the Javelin set might go down a little.

lol, high performance vinyl/thermal printer. SSS came out awesome! Gold/Silver look exactly like the real thing. What are the main differences between using water-slide and vinyl?

Those Goon minimates look tight! Definitely DST should start working on other comic licenses. If ToyBiz can, why not DST.

Caught a screening last night. I went in without expectations and overall it was an okay movie. The special effects were cool and I liked the fantasticar. SS was pretty good. I enjoyed the film but it was a bit of a let down at the end for me that didn't make any sense. (See Spoiler) Spoiler:

I really have to laugh at these threads. You need to have lots of cash and the process would be so involved to even scratch the suface. Good luck getting a stranger give you money upfront for something that hasn't even been produced. Heck people were already getting antsy waiting for the Target free giveaway...lol It's a nice idea, but far from happening. Can you imagine the labor costs and time to get the product out to people who buys them? What are you going to do about the surplus? Good luck spending your nights packing minimates, I have a hard time as it is. It's has been actively pursued (2-packs and Blanks) in the past but just wasn't in the cards. I'll tell ya what, if I win the lotto, I'll make it happen. I'm serious.

Thanks DST! Just got a 2003 WW Yellow.

Having different Black/Red SM3 Spideys for the regular wave release is damn cool. Maybe we'll see the black outlines on the webbing of the suit? Whatever the differences are, they're welcomed. Can't say I'm surprised except for the big chest Spidey. It's not part of the line-up and I don't really see a use for him. It'll be interesting to see how this mate gets released. Bummer about the vehicles, but then again they have never done well except for the mini-flyers so it's not a surprise. The biggest thing I'm happy about are the changes in release dates. I'm hoping that they are spread out more evenly. With so many minimate licenses going, I'm sure we'll get a dose of minimates just about every month. Thanks again Chuck for answering our questions!
