  1. Love the cleaner look of this site! Well done!
  2. Strange was just in the Strange Tales set, I'd doubt we see him again.
  3. Damn Zach, you're too fast. We've been going about this completely the wrong way! We need to complain to Marvel to write characters into the books, then DST will make toys of them. There, problem solved!
  4. The body type for Zabu is the biggest challenge I think- and that's already done in Lockjaw, Terror Dog, etc. Sculpting the head would be a chore, but not impossible.
  5. That's an easy fix. Repaint Lockjaw and find a fleshy minimate- add loincloth and long blond hair. Done.
  6. Yeah, that was awful and yet DST was churning things out left and right with no witty banter to accompany it. I thought I'd lost all of you forever. So now that we're back, (this should probably be in the speculation thread) Was the whole 'astronaut' thing Zach hinted at revealed to be Star Trek? A simple yes or no response will be fine.
  7. I'm thinking Toyfair will be nuts this year in terms of "I can't believe we're getting XXXXX". At least, I hope will happen.
  8. Luke, you'll have both the regular wave and TRU wave available in your store correct?
  9. If that's the route you go Luke, I'm hoping Ghostbuster Containment Unit will make it into the "other" category.
  10. Huh? Knock-off, poor word. 'Roughly based on' Daredevil. Both of their origins overlap.
  11. Power rangers (mighty morphing version) was one of the shows i watched as a kid so they have the nostalgia factor going for them (for me at least. And they are guys and gals in awesome robotic/ninja suits! What's not to love? The problem was it had been done before and better- Voltron, Battle of the Planets, etc. TMNT although a knock off of Daredevil was an original idea....not to mention a merchandising juggernaut that still rakes in the cash to this day thanks to the wildly popular show on Nickelodeon. The costumes (mighty morphin) look like a bobsled team.
  12. Power Rangers. Solely because they are what killed the popularity of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And if they get the minimate treatment before TMNT- another kick to the groin. You're right though. Odds are we'll never get either. I'm glad we're getting a 2nd wave to the TMNT classics line. Hoping to see some prototype pics comes February's Toy Fair.
  13. I'm with Nervous. Or do it like a poll and everyone can vote for the next part to be made.
  14. I could see this happening too with minimates- once we start seeing more effect pieces that Luke's offered to make: http://www.comicsalliance.com/2013/01/09/project-azazel-superhero-movie-lego-dioramas/
  15. Let's argue next about getting Simpsons and Futurama minimates....or should I start another thread? Nah.
  16. UPDATE: They had the Rolento vs. Kuma SF vs. Tekken wave, one Michonne pack, and one zombie 2 pack. Lots of MVC3 Sentinels left, a few Universal Monsters on clearance...and yep, three X-Men origins.
  17. Soooo tempted to make a John Candy vs. The Big Bear custom from The Great Outdoors movie. BIG BEAR! BIG BEAR CHASE ME!! And with Dale's hat, I could do it.
  18. Psyguy, Can you do the Simpsons next?
