I say whoever gets it first starts a prize spoiler thread for the impatient. You don't have to look if you don't want to. What I think is cool about this site is how many contests gain a life of their own. We all love free stuff, but the atmospere around here when there's a contest is so much better than winning. Of course, I say this because I usually lose.

I think a bigger question than when will these get here is when will these show up on eBay. If they're unique Minimates, you know it'll happen.

That's cool. I still need wave 6. I guess I need a Suncoast that's still open near me first though..

Hasbro is doing a great job at filling the market with their stuff. They own almost all of the top action figure lines and keep pumping out stuff at record speed. Am I the only one having a hard time keeping up with everything coming out?

Maybe in future Shane shouldn't bother if you're that upset by the time it takes to organise things? T. By no means am I upset, but waiting for contest results (whether I win or lose) makes me giddy as a little school girl. Oops, I think I just wet myself (again).

Just curious what everyone thinks the prize/prizes will be. I think it's Secret Invasion related.

I gladly opened my Iron Man MKII and MKIII last night to find that the alternate legs don't fit on the pegs. At all. Not even close. It's as if the holes aren't big enough. Before I contact DST, has anyone else had this problem? I'll post pictures tonight if no one knows what I'm talking about. Here's a comparison of peg holes. Here's the best I could show of the peg size vs. the hole sizes I tried putting other Minimate legs on them and they fit fine, so it must be the spare legs.

I don't know what that means, but mine was in Indy on Dec. 2 also with scheduled delivery for the 2nd, but they didn't bring it until the 3rd. UPS doesn't know how important getting new 'mates is. But, even with the delay, it was cool because they came at the same time I got a package with Trek series 4 and the Mirror Mirror set. Yay for big Minimate days!

Yeah, I'm all caught up including the Skrull wave, but was afraid I'd missed what was coming out next. I just find it odd that there's no new news and the latest wave has been out for about a month already.

Maybe I've missed it, but who's supposed to be in the next Marvel wave? Has it been announced yet? I know we've seen the Punisher/Jigsaw pics, but what else is coming out?

What shocked me was that there were more than I knew about. I'm only getting the G1 sets and was expecting two new ones, but there were three. I was pretty happy about that and that my local Wal-Mart actually ordered more after the first sets didn't sell well.

For anyone that's looking, the newer waves of G1/Beast Wars are out in stores.

I'd been waiting to get some at that price and noticed that they had Mutt Williams today for $4.99 with the free S&H. I couldn't pass that up. Now if only they'd lower the price on the others.

So, for anyone that's got them (or is even reading this thread), is anyone planning on keeping their Superhero Showdown figures when these come out? I've just bought a complete set and am torn if I want to keep them or just get the newer ones. My big concern is if they'll look compatible or not. Anybody have any thoughts on the matter?

Mine had nada. They're real bad about putting out new stock of whatever I'm looking for. I was going there anyway, but having Minimates would have justified standing in line for an hour a little more.
