Thanks guys! The figure is a little more difficult to balance with the legs inverted, but otherwise there was no difference, so I didn't need to modify anything. I am very happy with how they turned out.

That's a good question. The point was actually to increase awareness and interest in the game, as well as make a fun contest. Finding two very talented artists to help me out was a nice bonus.

This is very clean, high quality Photoshop work - I am impressed! Are there larger versions of these hosted anywhere? I am sure some of our members (myself included) would like to use certain covers as desktop wallpaper!

I am definitely loving Grodd, Lobo, and Clayface, even though two of them stray from the minimate formula. The rest of the line is not quite as exciting, but I will buy the whole set anyways.

Also, Nintendo showed a preview of Mario Kart for the Wii, which will be out next Spring, and is confirmed to have online play.

The shaky camera in the trailer damn near made me puke. I think the full movie would definitely do the job.

Logan nailed it - it is a modified Dimitri pair of eyes. My black marker is a Ultra Fine Point Sharpie. The trick to getting the really thin lines is to drag the tip of the marker across the surface very lightly and very quickly, so the ink doesn't have a chance to spread.

Thanks! The eyes and eyebrows are actually modified from an existing minimate. Can you spot which one?

Here is my latest custom - Falcon! His wings are in two sections, like my Sauron, so when his arms bend, he still retains his full wingspan. His wings, vest, and mask are cut from sheet plastic, and his hair is milliput. I also made a new version of my Terrax custom. The new one uses a Green Lantern torso, and has a scratch-built axe, plus a better paint job overall. As always, I look forward to your comments.
