  1. You can also do alot with a few legos and a coat of gray paint:
  2. My wife and I spent most of the weekend reading the book. For now I will only say that it was very different from the other books, but still very good. There were more low points than high points, but it was all meaningful and well written.
  3. Thanks guys! These are a blast to make, and I actually made Fuzzbuster at work. I just brought along a bag of parts and a bottle of superglue with me, and made him in my office on my lunch break.
  4. I definitely like the style. The Iron Man ones are my favorite.
  5. I made two more robo-mates over the last few days. The first one is made from a keyboard that my son spilled a glass of orange juice on a few months ago. It never worked again despite multiple cleanings. And thus, I give you F-Lock: This next robo-mate is made from a radar detector that stopped working about six months ago. I was supposed to call the company and get a replacement, but I forgot. So this broken piece of electronics became Fuzzbuster, complete with his glider: I just found an old network card that I don't need, and a voice recorder that I have been meaning to fix for years, so more robo-mates are definitely on the way!
  6. Its not really one figure, but I really want the Infinity Watch. When I was growing up, the Infinity War was one of the first full comic sagas I read.
  7. Its a little hard to see, but it looks cool! I am working on another robo-mate as we speak. I should have pics up tomorrow!
  8. I think I remember: Starting from left to right 1. Eagle 2. Nervous 3. Shanester 4. Storm 1.08 5. Aaron
  9. I don't mind at all. Anyone is welcome to join my madness. Thanks! I have a light-up robo-mate planned.
  10. I am voting for the single-sided one. Nice work!
  11. Thanks guys! Timbo suggested that I name each minimate after the broken part it was made from, so I am officially naming this little guy "Mouse".
  12. My wireless mouse broke today. I got angry that it broke, hulked out, and crushed it. I looked at all the cool parts that were inside, and decided to make a funky robot minimate custom. This little guy is all superglue and broken mouse parts. It turned out so well I am actually thinking of making more of them, perhaps even a little robot minimate army. I have an old 486 in my garage I could smash. What do you think?
  13. Good stuff, especially the battle damaged Sandman!
  14. He looks awesome! I love the sculpting details!
  15. I think the cards look fantastic, and I would be able to print them at my office on cardstock glossy paper for free.
  16. Logan is correct - he is a 2" mate. I considered making him a 2.5" one, but I am in short supply.
