Avalanche is another member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. I didn't know Avalanche was in the two more recent cartoons too. I know him from the 90's X-Men cartoon when he always teamed up with his buddy Pyro.

Anyone figure out where that ninja came from yet?

I thought that set did fairly well. There was maybe one or two sets that hung around for a while between 3 different Toys R Us stores. It seemed like the Secret Wars and Captain America sets hung around lot longer on the shelfs. YES, PLEASE! Swap out Mystique for Avalanche and I'm in!

He'll always be Sauron to me. I blame the X-Men cartoon and the old Toybiz figure. That gold armor that was originally supposed to be red reminds me of the Green Ranger and that makes me want some Classic Power Rangers minimates now, haha.

Couple things: 1. Sauron looks pretty good. Unfortunately, that's the only one I'll be picking up. The rest is a pass for me. 2. I find it strange that they went with those feet for Hulk when they have the mold with toes that they could've used. 3. What's the deal with the red armor...the gold armor we got with Cyclops was supposed to be red? I vaguely remember people complaining about that but it never bothered me since I'm not really up to date with the current stuff.

So, is it just me or do Minimates tend to not stay together as well as they used to? I went to Toys R Us last night and I noticed that there were 5 sets of brand new Minimates that each had a figure with a hand that had fallen off in the package. A lot of my newer figures have had issues with the feet staying on. You try to put them back in and they immediately slip right off again. What's going on here?

What are the oods that they'll give us another another Wolverine Patch figure?

Very impressed with that Carnage. Is that a custom piece you made or did that come with one of the recent Venoms?

I'll check for you. I think mine does but I'm not positive.

I think Wolverine should get the "kid" body and there should be an even smaller body for kids. There isn't really that much of a difference with the current kid body so that would be fine for Logan.

After seeing that comparison shot of the Peter Pan kid and Cyclops...I think Wolverine would be ok using the kid body and I think there needs to be an even smaller kid body. There's not a whole lot of difference between that "kid" and Cyclops. p.s. The women Minimates are fine the way they are, haha.

So for anyone that missed the Sami Callihan vs. Rob Van Dam match at 2CW's An Evening With Mr. Monday Night...boy did you miss out. We had 500+ fans that had a helluva time. Just because 2CW loves their fans so much, one of boys busted his ass and was up all night and this morning (after tearing the house down in his match) editing this just so you guys can see it FOR FREE the next day. Sami Callihan's last 2CW match & Rob Van Dam's first (and most likely only) 2CW match: You're welcome!

This is tomorrow. Come on out and meet RVD before he heads back to WWE for their next pay-per-view.

I'm not very impressed with the accessories. I was hoping for a full Venom mask to be included. I've got more than enough Logan hairpieces from all those other Wolverine sets.

Sooooo RVD is going back to WWE for their next pay-per-view. It turns out that this match is STILL happening. We now have a contracted WWE wrestler vs. a contracted WWE wrestler on a non-WWE show. You definitely want to check this out. This situation doesn't really happen all that much...like ever!

This was one of the few sets that I was never able to buy in person because I never saw it (Warpath set, Bullseye set, and Crossbones set). I obtained all of those sets via trades with members here,

Anyone still looking for the TRU set? I just found some more if anyone needs some help tracking them down.

I suppose that one particular Wolverine mask would look like Batman. I'm not so sure the more recent ones would though.

2CW just announced at what was supposed to be Sami Callihan's last show with us that he is going to have one more match. Sami Callihan will be wrestling none other than ROB...VAN...DAM on June 24th (Yeah, that's a Monday) in Binghamton, New York. This is RVD's first appearance for 2CW and it will be Sami's last so this match will never happen again. By the way, it's one of our rowdiest venues. You guys might want to make it out for this one!

I'm not sure how I feel about these. They look cool but I feel like I don't really need them. I think I'm ok with the Deadpool that I made from using all the other versions released so far.

I'd be very ok with this line-up. I'd love to see an updated Abomination and finally get a Doc Samson.

As cool as those unreleased Spirit Minimates look, I'd much rather have the Rocky 3 ones. I wouldn't mind them starting all over with the Rocky minimates. I'd love a Clubber, Thunder Lips, and Drago. Btw, why is everyone mad at Frank Miller? What did I miss?

Ultimate Wolverine - meh, I haven't bought any of the Ultimate Universe stuff and I'm probably not going to start now Space Wolverine - I never really cared for that old Toy Biz figure Bathrobe Wolverine - no thanks Venom Wolverine - I'm not familiar with this one but I like it. So I only like 1 out of 4 from this set. I would have preferred if it was a completely transformed Venom Wolverine instead though. I can piece together a body but hopefully there is a second mask included that is all black. I would have rather had an updated Weapon X (either loincloth with helmet version or cool black gear) instead of these other versions. If anyone is getting this set and doesn't want the Venom Wolverine, let me know. I'll take it off your hands.

Are they supposed to be in black and white? I'm fan of these guys getting Mates but not if they release only black and white versions.

They were still $7.49 when I found them last week but they're $7.99 now when I went to look for more to help out others. So I'd say they probably went up on Sunday when all the new sales start. THANKS!
