I'd love to get Blanks (for customizing) in various sizes such as 2.5" 3" and a large 6"-8" any chance you guys would make such available? that way we customizers could make larger characters that you guys either can't(Marvel) or won't (other liscences) be making. id love to make a 8" giantman or goliath for my Avengers team.

Although im glad to hear about the Blanks or possibility of them any way (yeah i asked that question) my question got kind of neurtered (why?), i wanted to know also about the possibility of blanks in other/new sizes 2.5" 3" and a new larger size say 6" or 8" that we could use to make customs of larger characters that DST can't (Marvel) or won't make. I'd love to be able to make a real Giantman or Goliath. i guess ill have to ask again when round 6 starts up.

I agree, maybe slip a movie version of spidey, venom, and nee goblin into future releases but it seems kinda pointless now.

Not all of these have minimate counterparts so some "stand ins" were used. -M and here are some knock off Kubricks with more of a Minimate head style

good job, this really should get stickied to the top of this thread, as a resource. i have a few other kubricks ill post to this topic later with comparison to their MM counterparts as you have done, again nice work. -M

I also don't mind playing middle man for anyone outside the US or who wants just the Spidey Mate, just let me know the whos/whats and ill bring the extra toys to toys for tots and mail you just the Mate, or the mate and whatever you want from the order. -M

Thanks Omendreamer! i was going to go the "proper" minimate way ala Frodo and the Hobbits and just paint toes on the regular or even 2.5" MM feet but i wanted individual toes, in hindsight i think i should have made the top of the feet bigger and maybe squared to better match up to the MM leg?

they're just made from fimo clay, i "sculpted" them and baked them in a toaster oven then some super glue to the bottom of the MM legs and some paint.

scratch the javelin, now all i need is a batcopter w/ tact. Batman and ill have all the Dc/C3 sets/mates.

well i managed to find $25 worth of stuff that i wanted anyway and seeing as how it was on sale i figure i got armor spidey for free and shipping at about $5 for the total of what the stuff would have cost me at normal prices, so for me it worked out

not a question but thought this would be a good place to comment. most times people/companies only hear the negative or gripes about their products or are bombarded with "hey why'd you do this" or "why didn't you do that" type questions i just wanted to take this opportunity to Thank Chuck and all the folks at DST for making a product we love so much and for going the extra mile with all the bonuses we have seen lately from the Hunt contest and free hunt and cylons mailed out, to stuff like the target and FYE giveaways, and things like taking the time out to answer our questions in a forum like this, i'd personally just like to say Thanks! ok now a question,how about making some white blank MM in various sizes for us customizers?, that way we can make all the characters that either wouldn't sell enough to justify you guys making, or ones that you are prohibited from making due to size restrictions or whatever 2", 2.5", 3", and a giant 12-14" so we can make the heavy hitters like giantman, sentinels and galactus.

as i said above and it seems like some either didn't read or chose not to accept, i do this for fun too! i am not Squabbling about prizes. i didnt think i had a chance to win and dont care, OPINIONS WERE ASKED FOR, AND I GAVE MINE! just because it doesnt agree with yours, doesnt make me a bad person. same here entered almost all, never won, don't care i do it for fun as well. opinions were asked for mine i gave im sure it won't get me any votes or make me any friends in fact im sure completely the opposite. that's ok, didnt figure i had a chance of winning anyway and see above, but it is my opinion the only way this or ANY site gets better is from input of its members. ps no offense taken and none implied to anyone(You,JL, entrants, staff or members)

YES! we all had a chance to enter that catagory. and again i dont see how he is alone in that catagory anyway. one more thing you asked the opinion of the entrants at 11:30pm got replies from a few entrants(mostly those in the original catagory anyway) then went ahead with that plan at least give the rest of us time to reply.

hate to be the one with sour grapes but i don't think thats fair, i made my entry to fit the listed catagory, i dont think its right to change it after the fact. seems to me there are enough entrants for each catagory anyway. TBT, Bannerid and myself in comics Luke and Vash in Movie/video game and the rest in original im sure ill get flamed or whatever but i cry foul!
