I know what you mean I called all the comic book stores in AZ that I know carry minimates and would be ordering bsg mates. nothing last week and i am guessing nothing this week. I was starting to go a little crazy but it is nice to know that some else is having the same problem Hey did anyone get bgsmm this week?

I know what you mean. Why just last night I was admiring my metal gear solid and neon gneisses kubricks. While it is true that they pale in comparison to minimates that had some really neat ideas and some fine weapons. Most of the targets here never got the gsxm or the blue ice man wave, most had ff for the lonegest time and then started getting the gr/dd wave but now they are gone to.

what the heck I called my LCS and they said the only mates they got in were the DC mates wave 1 and I am on the west coast.

that is certainly a sweet find I was impressed with The LOTR and the Rare cylon, but man you pulled the hat trick on this one!

In my mind it is a big toss up as to what I am more exited for, the movie or the mates of Spiderman 3.

So does anyone know... are these mates coming out tomorrow?

Wow that makes a lot of sense! I could never figure it out so I never built that part and put it into the spare parts.

The Suncoast here seems to get things about a week after the LCS release. are you saying suncoast has minimates and not just the 5 pack?

I really don't think this figures will be exclusives to the cons. I think (and hope) that these figures will be available at the con first and then to the wider markets later on. The article even says "the first available Spider-Man 3 Minimate product," and "The complete line of Spider-man 3 Minimates is due to hit shelves early this summer" It just seems to make sense that these main characters will be released later.

This seems like a great idea. I would try it, but as of now I just keep my mates in a big box, only displaying a few at a time. But if I had a real place to display my mates I would most likely use these.

I called my lcs nothing on their lists for this week

Out of all of my mates the only time limbs that have broken is when my dog ate them. I was really upset when it happened to the flash (you one of the hardest figures to find). He just took off the ball joint to the new batman’s left leg, if anyone has a suggestion on how to fix it I would every much like to hear it. I ended up gluing the flash back together.

Holy cow march 7th is this week! I really hope that is true I was getting really freaked they were all coming out on the sameday.

I was at my LCS the other day and we were chatting about minimates (of course). The owner said he has gotten 3 boxes and each time he has restocked they were sold out with in the half hour! As the story goes, someone will walk in and look around the store see the minimates and exclaim "Holy cow dc minimates!" and buy all of them. He wonders what some needs with 3 supermen but whatever.

I can not decide which I am more excited for. the movie or the mates.

Is anyone else worried? Do you wake up in a frenzy worrying what will happen if on one Wednesday in March all 3 line of minimates come out on the same day! I keep on having this dream that I am at my LCS on their standing in front of me in DC mates waves 2, BSG wave 1, and the x-men 3 minimates. Worst of all I only have enough money for one! Ahhhhh! Then, as though that is not the worst part, everyone turns into a minimate!

Let's see four Wednesdays in March, but there are 2 other minimates lines coming out as well. Anyway does any have an idea?

I thought it was great!

I was just at Bed Bath and Beyond (not my choice) and they were selling stands very similar to these only they did not have a top, they were just the step base. They were really for spices. They were only $12-14 in a variety of lengths. I suggested getting one for our spices and my wife said "why do want this, for your little men?" I only tell you this last part to show that even my wife could see this spice rack would be prefect for minimates. We did not buy the spice rack.
