don't mention skrull wolverine, that whole story arch was completly forgotten about come secret invasion, hell the x-men with prof x walked in on the whole thing in it's planning/testing stages and then forgot it happened!!! kinda like all the mutants losing their powers in issue 99 was completely forgotten come House of M/Decimation...

i would suggest putting all the aoa character together, after the villains. so... wolverines, O5, next gen, villains, AoA... just my 2 cents.

wow i just read my original post... hello typos! anyways, i don't know about Boom Boom, but i'd be surprised if we didn't get a Dani and Magma 2 pack some soon... they're the only 2 we're missing from the original team.

any idea when these will be popping up? from the NYCC pics, there little display card said November '10... i've been checking back here to see if anyone has spotted them yet, but so far i'm guess not? i'm really excited to add Magik and Warlocke to my New Mutants set! and Cannonball and Shatterstar to X-Force.

i used BSG Tori as an X-Factor M. just thru on some black feet and an X belt... works for now!

i doubt we'll get a separate Cypher consider Warlocke comes with Doug's head... but that would be nice! also, i have the solution to the 4th New Mutant character... Mirage, Magma, Cypher and... wait for it... waaaaait for it... BIRD BRAIN!! sold. also, i was gonna hold off on buying these and the AoA sets... but then i watched video of Luke opening them i lost what little willpower i had and bought all 3 today!

maybe Fantomex will come in a 2 pack with Domino, Wolfsbane, Elixir or Vanisher...? probably the only way i'd pick him up, as i'm not really interested in this Uncanny X-Force set.

i'm excited for the next tru wave due out NEXT MONTH! ...but, my stores shelves are still pretty full of the iron man mates, and we just got the ff mates... i hope they don't decide they're not selling well enough and not get this new set!

this name is not the same as the one from the Defenders set. i went to my TRU today, and got excited when i saw the new Human Torch and Thing from and center on the rack. and another one behind it.... and then the rest were all left over Iron Man mates! i seriously think they brought the box out to put on the shelf, but ran out of room so put the rest back. but when i asked someone, he said they were all out on the shelves... again i was on my lunch break so didn't have time to deal with their dimness. but i shall be back!

i asked my local tru about these yesterday. they didn't know what i was talking about, so they looked on their website for product code and couldn't find em. i was on my lunch break, or else i wouldn't been more persistent. 'they're on there! FIND THEM!!!'

oooh maybe that means we'll be getting a Sunspot, since they have his bio on hand? or, someone just looked up the wrong character. i loved the AoA when it came out (i remember it was right around when AOL came out and i always got the 2 confused when talking about em lol) so i think both sets are must haves for me.

so kinda on topic... i bought the BSG set of Tory and Anders today on clearance... i've never seen the show, but ever since i saw this set, i've had my eye on it. i think, until a real one is made, Tory will make a good stand in for M!

a little off topic, but.... i hate the new page setup. gonna stop by my local tru and see if these came in after lunch!

now that i know we've got a new Bishop coming, i wasted no time using his body for a quick Cannonball custom. popped off the arms, put some plain white arms on there and an extra Angel head, then placed him on top the Sentinel's blast base and boom Cannonball!

i just picked up a set last weekend, too. i didn't want to order them, but since they were in the comic shop i snatched em up. i put Black Cat's head on the old Black Cat body. Vulture's wings don't make a diff to me as i don't think i've ever read a comic with him in it. and Doc Ock's tentacles stay in for the most part. i had to bite down on the tip of one to get it skinny enough to go in, but since then they've all stayed. i gave BD spiderman to my newphew, so no great loss there.

X-Men - Jubilee, Banshee, Longshot, Dazzler. those are my top 4. i'm sure they'd have to squeeze Wolverine in there, though, so let's drop Longshot and Dazzler, save them for a tru 2-pack, and throw in Sunfire and... well i don't really care about mullet Bishop so how about a bad guy... Donald Pierce! Mr Sinister! Omega Red! X-Force i still say Domino, Feral, Siryn and Cannonball with Rictor and Shatterstar 2 pack. New Mutants Cannonball, Moonstar, Wolfsbane, Sunspot with Doug and Warlock 2 pack or Sunspot and Magma... both!

Domino, Cannonball, Sunspot, Boom-Boom if we were doing 90s X-Force 4 pack with a Shatter Star/Rictor 2 pack... duh! i would hope we'd get a Banshee before a Siryn...

i'm excited for a new Warpath. my Toys R Us has had all the lines EXCEPT #4 which had Warpath and Spider-Woman/Molecule Man. i managed to score SW/MM off ebay for less than it woulda cost in store, but so far no joy with Warpath. and if it is hover chair Xavier, i think that could be kinda cool... right now i have my minimates set up with the x-men front and center. Xavier is in the middle, with classic X-Men on his left and their modern versions on the right, then the rest of the x-men spread out around them. but with a hover chair Xavier, i might switch it up and just place the O5 and wheel chair Xavier somewhere else in the mix... i've never been a huge Spider Man fan, but i've been getting all his bad guys. so Lizard will be a nice addition. plus my 4 yo nephew loves Spider Man so i just give him all of my extras. as for Thing and Doom bot? meh, not a big FF fan either so i'll probably pass on those 2. i actually like when i don't want every mate in every line... my pockets aren't so flat so fast!

i found a Klaw/Storm pack today behind the remaining mates from series 5. was the only one from series 6. i thought i'd like totally lucked out. super excited, if not a little confused. i then went down a couple isle, and there were the rest of series 6. still happy to score them!

just got mine today. maybe i should've paid more attention to the boards and would've known this sooner, but i really thought these came with clear flying things like silver surfer. pretty disappointed that they dont.

any alternate expressions for jamie on the back side of his head? i ordered s31 from afx so hopefully they will be arriving soon. gonna go into the comic shop on Sat to pick up Cable/X-21 and Yellow Jacket... don't care for the others in 32...
