So Tyreese, and two out of the group of Allan, Martinez, Maggie, and Carl... Pretty cool. I'd love to see all of the characters made, so hopefully morts like Jim and Donna have a chance too (maybe as variants). I know folks want to see the bigger characters like Abraham, Eugene, Negan, and Jesus, but I want to make sure we don't skip earlier characters like Patricia and Otis, Andrew, Axel, and Thomas. Let's get Atlanta, the Farm, and the Prison knocked out before we start skipping ahead to Alexandria, Hilltop, and the Saviors.

That sounds great, Zach! Thanks for the hints at what's to come; this line has been pure gold so far, and it looks to continue. I wonder if we're getting hospital gown Rick. He would be pretty awesome if packed with the bicycle walker. Now I have to speculate on which two out of Carl, Maggie, Billy, Allan, and Martinez are getting made. I'm torn on whether I want the characters more relevant to the plot, or the ones who might see their chances of inclusion decrease as time marches on and they become even less relevant.

Well that's exciting! Hopefully we get Carl and/or a few of the supporting cast from early on like Allan, Billy, Maggie, Martinez, etc. Definitely a few staples missing so far. Excited to see what kind of variants y'all crank out to keep the main characters in rotation. Just curious, but are there any characters other than Rick and Michonne who are considered recognizable/big enough to anchor waves?

Are these actually coming out this week? I'm looking forward to adding the four villains to the lineup. I'm hoping that the spare head for Norman Osborn (unmasked) will look good on the Raft Sentry body, since that will be my stand-in to fill that gap in the lineup. Now if I can just get battle-damaged Fantastic Four members and some more spare zombie heads....

Man, I hate corporate restrictions. Thanks for listening though, Zach. I'll just content myself to hope for more zombie villains. Now to figure out how best to make my own zombie versions of the F4 and Sentry...

Zero shot. All of the zombies are evil, but those characters are still Marvel superheroes. Is Sentry really a hero at this point? He started as a hero in his first mini, but he was always pretty awful once he hit mainstream Marvel. He was introduced as someone who had murdered his wife (debunked, but still), rips enemies in half to kill them (Carnage, Ares, Morgan le Fey), and is currently in Uncanny Avengers as an evil avatar of death who can rip off his own face. Alternative question: is it conceivable that you could release him under the name "Zombie Void" instead? His Void personality is definitely a villain. What about zombie Hawkeye or Black Panther? They were still heroes who defended normal humans against the evil zombies. I can't believe any of this is backon the table. Getting Marvel Zombies in any shape makes me a happy camper!

Ten more characters? Based on the original miniseries, I guess we could possibly get Doc Ock, Lizard, Venom, Rhino, Juggernaut, Sabretooth, Stilt Man, Dr Doom, Super Skrull, and Mole Man. Vulture was in the original series as well, I think. So at this point, no shot at Sentry or the Fantastic Four? Those are the most essential zombies still missing.

Gotta disagree on Zemo and that Moonstone for early Tbolts. That's like putting Winter Soldier in your WWII Invaders in place of Bucky. Agreed full heartedly. I want a Meteorite AND a classic Moonstone because, yes, I'm just that greedy. I want Karla's first Meteorite costume, and I want Citizen V too (ideally we would get one with both Zemo and Dallas as swappable heads). That said, we currently have Zemo, Songbird, and Moonstone in what I consider to be their most iconic costumes. I'm realistic enough about the Thunderbolts' popularity to understand that even getting ANY version of each of the six founders in one toy line would be a stroke of luck. This is still better than what I'm getting in Marvel Legends (modern Songbird with bad hair, modern Zemo, Civil War-Modern Moonstone). That said, if DST wanted to release a box set for the original Thunderbolts (Meteorite, Mach I, Atlas, and Techno (robo and human head), that'd make me happy. Have a 2-pack in a wave that releases around the same time with Citizen V (Zemo and Dallas heads) and Jolt... That'd be a dream come true! I'll settle for having Fixer, Atlas, and Abe all made in this line at some point, though. That's the first priority, for me.

I know that most people look at her as completing a team, but to me she's actually just starting one. I much prefer the earlier Thunderbolts to the later ones. But I doubt we'll ever get any more of 'em. And yes, we need Deathlok! She's not exactly starting the early Thunderbolts lineups, we do have Zemo and Moonstone. I don't know what the odds are of seeing the other three founders, but at least Abe is appearing in a monthly title, for now. I'll hope for a 2-pack of him and Boomerang.

Well Magneto and Galactus never became zombies in the actual comic, but this looks good, so I don't mind at all. I really hope we can get more of these after this box set. Minimates have the best Marvel Zombies lineup out of all the collectibles out there, and getting the Fantastic Four would be great.

I've never actually thought about that since I don't have that many batte damaged mates, but I could totally see myself doing that. If you end up needing the house of M Spidey, let me know.

So what are the 8 rows? I think it would be cool to have: 1. Iron Spider-Man (Iron Man characters) 2. Future Foundation (Fantastic Four characters) 3. Captain Universe (Cosmic characters) 4. Zombie Spider-Man (Marvel Horror) 5. Spider-Man 2099 (X-Men, since he was on the Exiles) 6. Sinister Spider-Man (Either Dark Avengers or just villains) 7. Regular Spider-Man (Street Heroes, Marvel Knights, etc) 8. Fear itself (Thor characters)

Got the Fear Itself pack, and mini-evil Hulk/Juggernaut are great. I hope we eventually see the Worthy looks for Absorbing Man, Titania, and Attuma.

They've done a pretty good job of anchoring each wave with a "major" character. Wave 1 had Rick, along with three huge supporting characters (even if Shane's fame is more thanks to the show). Wave 2 did well to feature Michonne, Andrea, and Lori, all of whom are important. I think having more Rick/Glenn and Michonne/Lori is a smart move for waves 3 and 4, made even better thanks to the inclusion of Hershel, the Governor, and others. I can't wait to see Carl help anchor a wave (hopefully wave 5!).

The most important characters missing up through the end of the prison arc are probably Carl, Sophia, Maggie, Axel, Billy, and Martinez. I want them all though, so I hope we see Allen, Donna, the twins, Jim, and everyone else from the farm and the prison. I won't complain about getting character from after that point, though.

Good spot on the female zombie, Shogi. If that was indeed the inspiration, then DST did a great job of filling in the details from the nose down.

I think the female zombie is from the paperback, because she is not on my volume 5 hardcover.

Breaking it down by heroes: Captain America Enemies- Baron Strucker Fantastic Four Enemies- Wizard Hulk Enemies- Madman? Iron Man- Ghost Spider-Man Enemies- Jackal Thor Enemies- Enchantress X-Men Enemies- Toad That's seven of the highest profile heroes/hero groups and the most important villain missing from their rogues galleries that I can think of. For the biggest villains missing from MY ideal collection, I'd most want to see Fixer, Atlas, or Abe Jenkins, but I think Abe is probably the highest profile of the three. Well that's pretty cool, getting 3 waves per year. DST has already done a great job of making important characters; at this point the biggest names left (to cover up through the end of the prison arc) are Carl, Maggie, Sophia, Axel, Allen, Billy, and Martinez. Hopefully early characters like Jim still have a chance to sneak into the line!

Man, this is a pretty sweet wave. Two character remakes, but we're still getting Carol, Dexter, Hershel, and Tyreese, as well as one of the more scene-specific zombies. These hit in the Spring, right?

Oh, I don't know. We have a lot of zombies so far - at least more than 10, right? As far as I am concerned, this entire story is about the human characters; the zombies are there to just keep the apocalyptic pressure on the main characters. If we get two or three new zombies in each wave, to go with five or six new humans, then I think that that is a good mix. When I think of what I want to see made, it's never a new zombie. I want Abraham, or Axel, or Billy, or Rosita, etc. Just my $.02. I think we're fine for zombies so far. Six zombies in wave 1. Six more zombies in wave 2, even if Mike and Terry are less generic than your average walker (just give them spare arms, and they can join the herd!). Five zombies in wave three. Two zombies from the Amazon box set, and one from the SDCC set. That's 20 zombies by wave 3, with only 13 survivors (and a few extra clothing variants). That's pretty cool!

So now there are more pictures of the upcoming Walking Dead 'mates. Who else is excited? We're getting: Hershel, Tyreese, Riot Gear Rick, Dexter, Hoodie Glenn, Carol, Michonne (poncho), Lori (prison jumpsuit with baby Judith), Governor, Alice, Bruce (Woodbury thug), Gabe (heavier Woodbury thug), and plenty more zombies!!!

I think we've delivered a good mix so far, even with the attention to Rick and Michonne. I'm sure people will be happy with the mix in Series 4, as well as the supporting characters in TRU Series 3. Yeah, I think y'all have done a great job on this line so far. I can't wait to stick Dexter next to Shane and my custom Merle so I can have more human antagonists.
