Heavy Duty is a sweet figure. Spirit's a good one too. Definately pick up the first Long Range. His sniper rifle is awesome. I've gotta second the Tunnel Rat, though. He comes with a ton of stuff, and is just a cool figure in general. Another cheaper figure worth getting is the Kamakura. Ton of stuff with him as welll. I'm also a fan of Sea Ops Duke. The Ninja Bats are kinda lame. The lack of a proper left elbow joint really hurt these guys. Unless they're holding their rifles, the left arm just flops there. The ones I've got are just standing behind Cobra Commander with their guns... Like they're his body guards. I use my regular BATS for the butt-kicking...

Man-Oh-Man! That Cap looks flipping sweet. I figure I'll have to keep an eye out for that guy... I never did get the regular ML. I've been tempted by the Showdown figure many-a-time, but have never gotten it... I'm definately picking up the big boy!

My thumbs are cramping... I've been playing the original arcade Gauntlet on my PSP for the last four hours... I haven't played that game since they had the upright at Shakey's Pizza when I was a wee lad...

I saw it again tonight. I liked it a hell of a lot better the second time around. It's still too long, but I didn't seem to notice it as much this time...

I'm a huge fan of Big Blue. Having said that, I think the movie was near perfect. The flying bits were superb... Best I've seen EVER! The only gripe I have is that it seems a bit slow. There's a bit of a timing problem. Just seems long and drawn out...

Alright... I've calmed down a bit. Looks like Second seasons of Teen Titans and The Batman are coming out on Septmber 26th... Just a little longer to wait for my next fix... P.S. To Hell With Superboy...

Yep. The Soldier figures are supposed to be a cheaper plastic from what I've heard. Personally, I haven't noticed any major differences other than some sloppier paint apps. Firefly is indeed supposed to be a traitor... I can't wait for the new series of 'toons to start. He's supposed to show up as a Joe there. Firefly wasn't on season 1. I really like the Shipwreck. Hopefully we'll start to see some more of the classic characters show up. I can't wait for a Bazooka or an Alpine... Those would be awesome.

They are cast in seperate pieces and glued together, but they're not true joints. The arms are a solid piece that are glued to the "shoulder joints". Same with the legs. There's no joint for the head. Articulating one of these would take a lot more work than just dissolving the glue.

That's cool. Hopefully it's not an incorrect listing. It would be nice to get some new Minis.

Now with Shipwreck and Grand Slam, it looks like the Joe team will be expanding a bit. This is awesome. My only problem with this line is that the team was so small.

The S6 Firefly is one of my favorites. There's just so much attitude in the face sculpt, and his accessories (except for the spin-trap) are about the best of the line... My absolute favorite though, is probably Jet Wing Duke... He's an awesome figure, and looks cool as hell with all of his gear... But I'm sure that will all change once I've got Zartan in my hands... I love me some Dreadnoks!!!

F**K THIS! I was jazzed as hell when I heard they were doing a Legion 'toon... Superboy? I know that he was in the comic for awhile, but Supergirl was in the JLU episode! Does this mean that the entire continuity of these DC 'toons isn't taking effect with this one? That's the greatest thing about JLU... It linked everything together. Maybe this is going the Teen Titans route and being out of continuity. I like TT, but I'll probably pass on Legion... As far as Brainiac Attacks: The different voices didn't bother me. I love Clancy "Rawhide" Brown, but the voice change wasn't as bad as Luthor being completely out of character. It just didn't even feel like Luthor. The flying looked beautiful in the movie. BigBad Brainiac looked stupid. The "movie" wasn't great, but I don't think it's as bad as everyone seems to make it out to be...

I'm pretty sure I'd be afraid of something evolving out of Ady...
