That's one nice thing about TFs right now, isn't it? Hasbro caters to the 80s nostalgia-fiends like myself with the Classics/"Universe" and Masterpiece figures, and the others for folk who are into the movie and new cartoon as well. Yeah. Bit of everything, eh? I like Universe, but most of the figures just kinda "meh" me. I mean, Prowl is the same exact thing as 24 years ago. Sunstreaker and Octane mix it up a bit. Powerglide looks pretty bad IMO. I like Onslaught. Galvatron is TOO SMALL. As for the repaints, again, eh. Pretty psyched that they're doing a new Hot Shot though. I never watched the Unicron Trilogy, I just need a Hot Shot to want JaAm!

See, for me, I don't WANT the G1 characters again. That's what Universe is there for. I love the style. It is a very personal preference though, eh?

Maybe - and I appreciate the input. However, I was being a little on the kind side with the review. I could hardly keep that pack on his back. The hood really interfered with mine. 4 1/2 stars is near perfect and when all the accessories don't work, it isn't a 4 1/2 star toy in my mind. I hope so. None of the carded ones really interested me so far. I almost bought a Starscream this weekend but passed. I will be getting the Dinobots when they come out but I don't know when the first one is shipping. Grimlock is already shipping to some places. Snarl (triceratops in Animated) will be later, followed by Swoop.

Wow, it's been quiet here. Has anyone gotten ahold of Animated stuff yet? I've been saving money since January, so when they show up here, I'm buying EVERYTHING that's shipping in the first shipments, spare the Cybertronian Prime/Megs and the two-pack with them. These are some damn good looking mates. The Hulk looks literally 5x better without the diaper. The Iron Man Movie ones just get better and better. As for the IM boxset, its really cool and all, but I don't need that many shellheads. I do seriously love that Invaders set.

I think they didn't realize how popular the zombies would be, tried to cash in on the sudden popularity, and then realized a bunch of children were seeing images of Spider-Man eating brains and got paranoid.

Part of me really likes the solid shade of red for the Torch. That's how he looked in comics! The other half of me loves the translucient red minimate! Damn, it's hard to say which is better! (I know that's Toro, but they look about the same ) As for the Whizzer... Some things are better off forgotten.

I actually like it. I like his movie design in general. Am I the only one?

Let us remember Nestle that "good" can also be an opinion. I wouldn't say that "This ain't a scene, it's an arms race" is a good song by ANY stretch of the imagination. In fact, I'd say it takes a big stretch to make almost any Fall Out Boy good To be fair, I've got some odd tastes sometimes. That doesn't change the fact that Rock Band needs more Queen.
