  1. Yeah, I want a Fang costume Wolvy, and I've wanted to have a Feral Wolverine minimate for some time. I'd also really like a "New fantastic 4" Wolverine for some reason, although that at least is a quick custom waiting to happen. I'm still pining for a House of M "Red Guard" group of characters, one of them Wolverine. Include Toad, Mystique, and Rogue -- whom I'll admit is the main reason I want a set and not just Wolverine. Fine, make it a 2-pack, just make it happen. Also, I'll support the call for an actual fully-decked out Weapon X and an updated AXM costume [the latter preferably with an alternate "pulled down to back of neck" mask].
  2. I think you both did a good job with the Canary! You've got a good eye for Minimate faces and hairpieces that suit the look. Also, good catch on parts combination for that Wonder Girl!
  3. Great call GH, thanks for that idea! That should look great, but if out of scale, a small pink craft bead should work too! [That's my plan for Speedball's bubbles too!] You guys are cool like that. That's what I was thinking of doing when I got around to a Boom Boom quick custom.
  4. That is impressive sculpt work, there! I'm a bit concerned about the helmet star being big, but other than that it's a clean, attractive job that'll look great painted. I should really PM you about custom ideas...
  5. Gotta say, the greater contrast on Iron Spidey is awesome!
  6. Okay, hang on, people are finding Arcees now? Can anyone give me a hand getting one?
  7. You're right, that Toad look is THIS close to being perfect for Arcade! And great work putting the decals on!
  8. To be honest, I'd sit through another pair of Spideys, even repeats, to get those two Goblins.
  9. As far as dream box sets in general, I've always wanted a ginormous multi-pack like the old 10-pack from before. Except this one being filled with all-new releases and nothing really also available in a different circulating 2-pack. For the modern 4-pack sets, though, I can certainly share in the demand for the Wrecking Crew [and to a much lesser extent the Enforcers], although I'd also like to see a 90s X-Villains set. As a sucker for alternate [and alt-reality] looks and outfits for characters, I'd also buy into "Through the Ages" sets if they're done well [ie more on the level of Iron Man and less on the level of Wolverine]. My favorite suggestion so far, though, remains Slingers, if only because I've been wanting Minimates of those guys since forever.
  10. Yeah, all that Mera is missing is scales on the arms and legs and it's perfect. Definitely going to try that!
  11. I spent most of the post-reading time looking at Storm, but I suppose Minimate of that wouldn't be as... curvy.
  12. So far it's looking like a good enough set, but mainly for Magneto. Jubilee I'll probably repurpose into her Gen X or Ultimate outfits, as I prefer the custom I had made. Bishop is more or less the same [have a custom I prefer thanks to the thicker hair and molded bandanna], although this is enough of a variation that I can keep it [shoulder padding, different color gloves]. Wolvie is kind of a disappointing choice, because there's so many other looks they could've done.
  13. Let's have a Janine and move on to the cartoon Ghostbusters ones already.
  14. .... does Cable have 2.5" Bane's belt? Deadpool is cool, and it's good to have Domino and Feral [costume changes are easy enough]. But we really should've gotten someone else instead of Cable, who had a version released recently that would've been a decent enough companion to this set. I really hope this isn't the only Marvel set this year.
  15. Lois and Max Lord are my favorites of this new batch! Gotta make those posthaste.
  16. I figure Namor looks all right with them, especially if there's no one else you're using the wings for anyway
  17. Thats a great idea pioad, you don't happen to have a picture of the modified Spider-Woman do you? I was also curious if anyone has tried to do the same thing with the Sub-Mariner? (I'd try to do it, but if I atempted to paint it gold, I bet I'd screw it up) I'll try but my Mac is sometimes testy with uploading photos Now I'm wishing I had a spare X-23 hair piece. That Spider-Woman looks great. And yup, my extra Black Bolt's wings are on my pants-wearing Namor. Still silver since I don't trust myself to paint
  18. Yup, the IM2 Comic Series Hulkbuster seems to be based off of this. I must be the only one who somewhat liked thew WWH Hulkbuster. Not enough to replace the old one, but it was pretty cool. I actually have the Superhero Squad one standing in until they make a Minimate of it, which could take a while.
  19. With simple head swaps, SHIELD Soldiers have endless variations. And if you head swap Skrulls with the four male heads from the Secret Invasion set, you get 5 different versions. You should really think bigger. Maybe that's my problem. ... I hate you. Actually, nah, I can stay with just one SHIELD agent [although popping on some fleshtone arms can let him go jacketless -- helmetless will require a hairpiece or a headswap, as he has a hole in his head IIRC]. I'd figured that about the Skrulls, and thought of having two different Skrull faces flanking Super Skrull. After thinking about it a bit, I now really want a 616 SHIELD Agent.
  20. I'd be sold on a 90s X-Men set with those four, as while it'd retire two of the best customs on my shelf, it'd be awesome to finally have official ones [and I can always repurpose the ones I have into the many similar looks they've had]. Plus I'd never say no to that look for Iceman [the only other ones I'd want would be the doo-rag or jacket-wearing looks, neither of which are really 90s]. That lineup for X-Force is a good one, and all of them are very iconic X-Force characters. I really, really want a Boom Boom though! What I'd really like is a 90s X-Villains 4-pack. Updated huge Juggernaut, Omega Red, Pyro and Mr. Sinister.
