Any of the more creative members up for making some link buttons? I'd like to put links to MMMV and MMC on my (rather sweary) blog and buttons always look better than plain url's. Anyone up for it?

General feeling is that Chris Eccleston was only going to do the one series as a favour to the producer. He's a very well respected actor within actory circles here and I think he was concerned with getting typecast. The new bloke's good, bit mental, bit shouty, occasionally scary, but he's being let down by some weak scripts. The current (2nd) series is very hit and miss. But there are one or two beauties to be found in it so far.

The way they're playing I'm finding it very difficult to muster the enthusiasm for England. Especially having seen my own team do so well in the premiership this season. Getting to the FA Cup final was a massive achievement and seeing the lads playing like they needed to win really brought home to me just how slipshod the national side are. They're paid too much and their lifestyles are too comfortable. Where's the hunger? Look at Australia... Every game was a cup final they played out of their skins. Then look at our lot. Apart from Rooney and maybe Beckham when he's fit how many other players are running their arses off or for that matter running at opposing players who have the ball in order to put pressure on them. We let other teams play and then scramble in the area when we should be closing them down and forcing errors. Having said that. Of course I want us to win. But I reckon the Germans are going to do it.

he's the guy on Superboys left that's extending his next. Remember people, this looks close to what Teen Titans did when it first came out and look how great that turned out. Of course I have never read LOSH but it must be good to get a tv series. I do like the TT show but I'm not a fan of american or european animation being done in a japanese style. Don't get me wrong I do like japanese comics and animation but if everything looks the same then it's bland and homogenised.

Can probably be fixed though.

The red strip is just a sticker Fujis. I'd imagine a bit of brute force and ignorance would sort it. I'm also terribly colour blind but I could have sworn the stands themselves were black!

I've seen pics of them with Star Wars figures on Tim and they looked fine. Once I've set a couple up I'll upload some pics so you can see.

Would that be from Lakeland Plastics Shane? Someone mentioned them to me a loooooong long time ago. Never seen em here though.

Have the DC minis actually been solicited yet? I know they were in previews a coupla months back but I couldn't see any pricing info or even a please inquire.

Thassem mate. They're approximately 1' wide. Each step is around 3/4" high and 1 1/2 inches deep. I reckon they'll be perfect for minis. The bit that says football heroes is optional but you can pop your own backdrop in.

Just to let UK collectors know... Sainsburys are selling off their Football Heroes commemorative display stands for 50p a pop (they were £1.99 originally) I've just helped meself to 10 of them. They're three tiered and ideal for displaying Minimates/Star Wars/ Justice League figures. I'll add a photo tonight when I get home. Any non U.K. members that might want them, drop me a line. They're fairly light so shipping shouldn't be too much. ***also have clips on the back so you can drop your own background in.

They've been back at least once before. Probably around the time or just before YoYo's made their comeback.

Catwoman for me. The costume is brilliant, the mask superb. Great accessories too. The only thing missing is a Selina Kyle hairpiece.
