Is that just some old random date of hope that doesn't apply? I apologize if this is just bunk.. but i keep hoping by some miracle this wave comes out... I can't have Ryu without Ken.. and Blanka looks too cool. I even like the werewolf from Darkstalkers.. just some great looking mates if they would give them a chance. Ken and Dan would be somewhat easy, using spare Ryu parts as a base. The hair would be the hard part on most of these guys, with the accessories being a close second.
