As I mentioned earlier, I think Lara would work better as part of a Crystal Dynamics wave (as I believe she isn't PS3 exclusive). Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light had some interesting DLC that allowed you to play the game as Kane and Lynch and my personal favourite Raziel and Kain from Legacy of Kain. Nothing against the people you suggested but Soul Reaver is one of my favourite games of all time and I think this is a perfect opportunity to do them as minimates. No absolutely, I wasn't aware that she was available in the Guardian of Light game, I dont even know what that is?? haha. I guess judging by the way they've paired Street Fighter with Darkstalkers in the past, and now Street Fighter with Tekken, any way at all they could sneak videogame characters like Lara Croft should be encouraged by everyone. I'd like to go on record here and say that i am really not too fussed how DST do it, just as long as I get the opportunity to buy her. Any characters I'd want DST to make, I'd rather buy them being made by DST than me have to make a custom of them! My idea of an Icons 4 Pack was just that, an Idea or suggestion, and as I said i had no clue she'd been used as DLC in the game you mentioned. Rich

This has to happen!! of all my recent enthusiasm on the Street Fighter threads and on the figures it will be worthwhile, I'd marked down customs for both Ken & Sagat, i'll keep their names on that list until it's been confirmed and i have the chance to actually pre-order the product. It's a bonus that we'll be getting Tekken characters too, I haven't played this fighting game since the very first release but i do recognise some of the characters. The only downside from what i've read so far is that the Tomb Raider Lara Croft Minimate might be a non-starter that's because out of all those shown yesterday I liked this one the most, not terribly excited for Movie Mates unless it's something i've actually seen and loved, the expendables doesn't cover that category for me. I prefer Marvel Minimates to be in Comic versions rather than Movie releases. I did love the revealing of Dazzler & Longshot. The other real issue with TR I think is who would Lara Croft be Paired with? I can't help but think because she's an individual hero type Single game (kind of like Altair in Assassins Creed), it's difficult to imagine her in a 2pack (with someone else from the game), the feasable way would be as single pack release or maybe as a Playstation 3 exclusive 4 pack, with a group of Individual Videogame Icons. Those Icons would have to be single player icons that wouldn't fit in two packs. Something like 'DST Presents Playstation 3 Videogame Icons 4 Pack' Lara Croft Tomb Raider Altair Assassins Creed Kratos God of War Dastan Prince of Persia Again, I know those 4 characters are quite well known and respected heroes in their own game, but primarily because the game is focused entirely on that one character and leaned towards being a Single Player Videogame, releasing them with other characters from that videogame is harder to do. Sonic, Mario, Zelda even though they focus around an individual hero all have multiplayer capabilites and have more likeable characters. Beat em ups are Multiplayer and not focused around 1 hero, so they are easier to release. Just my thoughts on it.

Has anyone bought anything or traded emails with this person stealing the decals off ebay? Just seems that if people know he's there, it would only take one purchase to know his full details, I'm wondering if theres a link that can be made back to a member on the forums? Can't you report the auctions to ebay as a breach of terms? Finally, I'm really enjoying what i've seen on this thread so far, people helping each other out for decal/custom work, awesome! Rich

I think hellpop said he was IE as well and had the same problem (apologies if it wasn't hellpop) but they switched to Mozilla and didnt get kicked off, I was posting up in here hoping someone found a way to fix the IE problem, i wont always be using the chat feature but it be nice to be active without being kicked out. Lol. If anyone knows how to fix this issue please post up as I'd appreciate it, I think it might be something to do with the script the chat room uses on the site is clashing with something under Internet Options?? ^ Just a guess. I am on I.E and i keep getting booted from chat, it just keeps kicking me out. I think it was mentioned someone else had issues with it? Anyone have this problem and found a solution, I dont want to switch to Firefox and have to re-enter all my favourite sites again for just this one issue, is there a box i should tick on internet options on IE?? Halp

I took some time yesterday on LDD to make a sci-fi storage/weapons crate, then i made it as a physical model with the pieces I had. I wanted to see how it would look next to a Minimate in a short 1 shot scene so I used Nick Fury.. I did initially build it as a more square shape using 4x4 plates but the Crate ended up about the same size as the Minimate I think it looks decent, What do you think?

Thanks for your replies guys, Sticking your neck out, with about 20 or so games to go: Which teams do you think will win each Division? Which teams do you think will make the playoffs? You don't neccessarily need to post up which position they'll finish, me being an Avalanche fan we're currently tied on points with Calgary Flames, and whilst I didn't anticipate us being in this position a playoff spot is still possible. We're a far cry from what we used to be, and i'd really like us to get back to that competitive level where we can roll with the bigger sides but we need to get rid of the average mid 20s players that have filled our roster, there was an article before Christmas on NHL about 7 coaches who could get the chop, one of them was Joe Sacco. I can understand that, cos there needs to be continuous improvement seen Season after season, and i think most pundits, fans and analysts were hoping for a playoff spot this year. I know right? Someone said to me they preferred Stamkos over Malkin, I think Stamkos is a great player, but having looked at Last nights game I'm quite happy in my Choice to pick Malkin over Stamkos. Currently Malkin has more points than Stamkos and he's done it in fewer games, the fact that he has more assists suggests he's a better setup man and team player, Stamkos is still young so maybe its something he'll improve on as the season go by, I screwed up badly in my NHL fantasy draft this year, picked really well in almost every position but my Centers suck! :biggrin: << Hoping to acquire Malkin in Fantasy Draft next year. I really dont understand why people are having arguments on this forum over 'ifs' and 'maybe' series being released. You're free to piss in each others cheerios if you want to, but it doesn't really serve any purpose at all, it just makes the milk turn a different colour and leaves a sour taste I'm hoping we see some awesome pictures tomorrow, judging by what was posted above they'll definately be some updates and maybe when i return tomorrow the thread will be more positive and upbeat!

It was a scoring fest, lots of tricks and goals, i must admit i was quite surprised at just how Good John Tavares (NY Islanders) is. That guy has some serious Hand/Eye Co-ordination and creativity and considering he's only 21 the future looks very good for him.

I'll go along in saying that it's sad when someone dies at 48. Especially someone who had graced the music scene in the late 80s and 90s with such powerful songs, an inspiration to people all over the world. It doesn't really effect me so much because i'm not so much of a fan, but i do feel sorry for those who are her fans as they'll be devastated at this news. I compare this with the death of Michael Jackson, because to me at least they didnt have much impact in my own life, but to everyone else who were big fans of his music its a big loss to them. Even though Whitney Houston may of been battling her demons at this late stage, I'd always try and remember her for her music career not her personal problems or choices. Absolutely awesome Idea, the one thing I will say though is that I dont have a printer and i'm not entirely sure how to go about doing decals. I can make suggestions though, I suspect if i want/need any decal work doing, i'd rather harrass Luke to do me the job as it's going to look way better if he does it for me :biggrin: This is a great idea, i'm definately on board. I have some Suggestions: Azrael was posted recently that should be in the DC category, also Two-Face & Scarecrow? Hopefully people will chime in with their own suggestions as well. Rich
