minijeff
In all the excitement of looking for new minimate news I happened across some news that makes me quite sad. Gianni Lopergolo was a product photographer for Hasboro and totally changed how companies look at their product shots. His work was absolutely amazing and very inspirational to me! He had to quit working when it was discovered that he had ALS or Lou Gehrigs disease and a couple years ago Hasboro worked with him to create a book of his work to help raise money for a trust fund for his three young boys. I have said book and it is never far from my workspace especially when I am working on minimate photos. Tragically he lost his 3ish year battle with ALS in January of this year. http://www.oneheadlightink.com/sindication...ianni-lopergolo http://www.hasbro.com/discover/Hasbro-Pocket-Pogo.cfm Jeff of the Miniacs

MinnesotaIceman
Nessex pretty much summed up my thoughts. R.I.P., Gianni.
NorthRaider
Aww, his work is just amazing! I always thought toy photographers deserved more respect. Here's raising a glass to you, Mr. Lopergolo.
