It's over now, the Music of the Night

Last Wednesday I had the privelage of seeing the farewell tour of The Phantom of the Opera at the Fox theater in Atlanta. Needless to say it was enchanting as not only was this the first time I've seen this show, it was my first visit to the Fox and the seats were amazing.

The show has a couple of cities left to hit and then it's gone for a while. Until they decide to bring it back to reshine the tarnished legacy of Andrew Lloyd Webber whose sequel is... abysmal to say the least. Total character derailment. But for now it's the end. So who else is going to see this show before it closes down its tour? If you haven't, I'd say give it a shot. It was really quite good. If you saw the film version and liked it you'll like the stage version.
