Hong Kong & Chinese Baldymates

It seemed a little odd to me that he was off ebay, having literally thousands of positive feedback marks and only two negatives. I wonder if there was some sort of ... imperial entanglement.

Maybe they used that toxic plastic to make them? Or maybe they are stolen property? Could be anything really...

The comment about the toxicity of the some of the plastics used in C3s is unfounded although some of the 'rubbery-like'

cowls & capes etc. possibly contain the phthalates that are now frowned upon when used in toys.

Some of the C3's were thought to be toxic? I had no idea... I just figured since these factories in China usually work for more than one toy company that maybe some of the same plastics may be reused for other toys... Or maybe it is a simple QC issue. Paint is the wrong shade or something like that... Or they could just be left overs from the production run... Who knows?
