I wonder if there was some sort of ... imperial entanglement. Maybe they used that toxic plastic to make them? Or maybe they are stolen property? Could be anything really... Some of the C3's were thought to be toxic? I had no idea... I just figured since these factories in China usually work for more than one toy company that maybe some of the same plastics may be reused for other toys... Or maybe it is a simple QC issue. Paint is the wrong shade or something like that... Or they could just be left overs from the production run... Who knows?
