Marvel Zombies boxed set: nuff said. Classic Spider-Man boxed set: a new villain, plus Venom is back. 24 Jack/Nina retailer exclusive 2-pack: don't follow the show, but I want this for the accessories if nothing else. Rocky 1 box set: I was hesitant about Rocky until I saw the figures and now I want them. Plus, Luke Cage needs a hat. Back to the Future Marty/Biff exclusive 2-pack: the main "villain" of the series is available only as an exclusive?! Spider-Man 3 minimates: they weren't displayed, but I'm sure there are some coming soon. Spider-Man Target Civil War Spider-Man/Transformation Venom: 2 words - Iron. Spidey. Spider-Man Target Web Armor Spider-Man/Green Goblin: I want to see the unmasked goblin, plus we get the Spider-Armor BSG retailer exclusive Starbuck: don't follow the show, but who can resist a hard to find prequel to the line of figures? Marvel wave 16 (Avengers): a new villain (or three, depending on the comic era), plus Thor! Breaking them down further: Zombie Spider-Man...best looking of the set. Battle Damaged Black Spider-Man exclusive Nina (gotta love a woman in chains ) Workout Rocky Biff Iron Spidey Spider Armor exclusive Starbuck Thor Scarlet Witch I'd put the bulk of all lines on the list, but truth be told these are the ones I'm most looking forward to. I don't really follow 24, BSG, DC, or Rocky, but they all look great and I'm planning on acquiring them all as soon as I can. With me seeking at least two of each set (one for display, at least one for parts), I know my wallet will be hurting this year! Thankfully, Rocky, 24, DC, and Back to the Future won't be filled with hard to find variants to cripple my finances that much further. JIrish780 Posted February 15, 2007 Share Posted February 15, 2007 Let's see... 10) Armored Spider-Man - Only #10 because I haven't seen it yet, but this is the varient I've wanted most of all the Spidey's they could have done. 9) Kilowog - Alright, ya poozers! Hal and Guy are alright, and I love my John Stewart, but the Lanterns' trainer is my favorite after the original. Bring us Alan Scott soon, DCD! 8) Batgirl - Because I dig red-heads. Seriously, Babs is a wonderful choice, and looks great. 7) Loki - I was happier to see him than I was Thor. Excellent design for the Avengers' first villain. 6) Hydro-Man - At long last, a new Spider-Villain! Another means of tormenting poor Peter! I love it! 5) X3 Beast - Said it before, and I'll say it again. This will be my display version of the character. It's that good. 4) Spock - An excellent rendition of a timeless character. He's what sold me on the Trek minis 3) She-Hulk - The star of my favorite Marvel comic book right now. A long awaited character for me. 2) Blue Beetle - I do love Jaime, but I miss Ted a lot. This way he can stand tall with a much more diverse crowd 1) Scarlet Witch - My all-time favorite Marvel female, bar none. Just so long as she doesn't say "No More Minimates!" I was just curious what different mates would show up, and if certain ones would keep popping up, but it seems to be fairly random, which I think is very cool, and nice to see that they are hitting on a bunch of different interests. Laura Roslin - c'mon...she'll keep everyone else in line or show them the airlock 9. X3 Colossus - the guy who played him was hot 8. X3 Storm - Halle Berry's hot 7. Helo from BSG - gotta love a guy who schtumps a toaster and isn't ashamed 6. Batgirl - 'cause who doesn't like redheads 5. Laura Roslin - Mary McDonnell is hot (it taked all kinds my friends) 4. Ares 3. Marty McFly - just 'cause it captures my childhood 2. Wonder Woman - My #1 obsession in life, except for.... 1. Laura Roslin - ok I don't want to sound like my friend lyndacarter on the DCDirect boards, but I hate when a prototype is shown of a toy I really want and then I have to guess at if and when I might be able to get one. Depending on how the Spider-Man 3 'Mates look, that could bump off Power Girl. If Rocky 3 came out this year, then Clubber would definitely be on there.
