Ghostbusters in Theaters

Surprised to see there wasn't already a thread for this!

Did anybody else go see this yet? I made the drive last night (Oct. 13) to see it in Memphis, TN and loved finally getting to see it on the big screen.

It played in select theaters across the country last night and will do so again next Thursday and the Thursday afterwards (20th and 27th) for one showing only.

I was born in 1982, so I would've been too young to go see it in theaters when it was first released in 1984, but I saw the 2nd one in theaters and grew up with the cartoon and what became a REALLY worn out VHS copy of the first movie. I remember how badly the Librarian scared me as a kid. Still the creepiest, coolest ghost I've ever seen in a film, I think. On the big screen you could really make out all the details of her sunken in eyes, wrinkles and warped teeth. It was the best time!

it was really awesome to see as i was born in 88 didnt get to see it in theaters. but its one of my favorites. i was like a little kid in that theater. i hope all of you go see it. maybe this will push them to start on GhostBusters 3.
