Since September is almost over, is wave 80 possibly coming out in October? Also since Halloween is around the corner, will we possibly see a zombie box set? Since marvel has been or is about to release monster varient covers could we see a box set like Cyclops as Frankenstein or Storm as a Vampire?
Hey@DSTZach, Just to follow up. Any word on a release date for this set? I see some retailers listing September/October 2020.

Padrino,
I used imgur.com that was suggested to me by TENIME_art. It is free and I think it is allowing my updated images to be seen. I have only updated a few photos in some of my posts to date but I think it works fine.
Thanks!

I just don't have a great means to include photos as I am thinking Google Photos don't show up to all in this forum.
Was just coming here to ask this same questions. Does anyone know of a (free) photo hosting site to show customs?

If it wasn't for the kindness of collectors, I probably wouldn't have half the Walgreens Minimates. I know they want inventory to drive traffic to brick & mortar locations but I wish they'd offer them online with a free ship-to-store option.
I agree. I mostly see animated 'mates but nearly never see movie figures in my local stores, and there are 3 in my immediate vicinity!

Are they sold out? Or did they just not order at all?
Or is this likely related to the fact that everything slowed due to COVID?

Not really an FF fan but these look AMAZING! Love that Dr. Doom/Dark Silver Surfer!

IMHO, a Starjammers/Imperial guard wave follow up would be amazing! cough,... cough,...(Binary!),... cough,... cough

Radical customs. But they sideways bro!
Thanks! I have no idea how to reorient them. I tried a bunch of times.

Being cooped up has given me time to work on some QC's in order to keep my mind on other things.
(I don't know why my pics upload sideways- any suggestions would be appreciated)- Doctor Voodoo
- She-Ra (final form from the Netflix series)
- A re-imagined Binary (since it is clear we are never getting an official one)
- Kingdom Come Wonder Woman (from the WW 1984 promo pics)
- Moondragon
- Yennefer (from Witcher 3)
- Scarlet Witch (from her recent solo series)
- Magik graduation costume (someone did a much better version using Emma Frost's cape but I didn't have one available)

this is absolutely stunning! well done!!!

Hey @DSTZach
I read that Diamond is planning on resuming comics distribution by the end of May. Does that include minimates as well?

Excellent work! I really like that Gorgon

Most of their employees have been furloughed, and most of their retailers are closed.
This whole experience is heartbreaking. My heart goes out to these people. I am truly fortunate to be able to do at least some of my work from home but there are so many that do not have that option.
Let's hope this passes soon and we can get back to some semblance of life like it was before.

After seeing this, DST should really consider crowdfunding for certain SKUs.
If end consumers are willing to put their money where their mouths are, DST's all out of excuses.
I love this idea and I know I would fund figures that I want versus figures I could care less about (sorry identical Spider-Man minimate number 5,945).
I guess the issue really is licensing, right? McFarlane owns his characters while DST does not.
Someone from with a marketing/legal background could weigh in on this far better than me.

Wow. Lots of hate here, I thought the strong box office of Thor 3 was a reflection of how many people enjoyed it. Although I guess Captain Marvel made a LOT of money for what it was. (Not a fan of that one.)
I will admit to not being a Thor fan BEFORE the movies ( I never read the Thor comics, really), but I thought the third one was the best. Silly, sure, but just as entertaining as the first two, if not more so. They didn't really have time to mourn their father before things went sideways. Anyway, I always liked the funnier Marvel Comics the best, and didn't Thor have an arc where he was turned into a frog? I guess most of my Thor love comes from Twisted ToyFare Theatre.
Agree on Thor on all counts. Gave up after the 2nd film and waited for the home release for the 3rd because I didn't want to waste my money. Was pleasantly surprised by the 3rd film. It was really well done.
I happen to like Captain Marvel a lot, but I'm a big CM fan so I'm biased.

from wikipedia "Psylocke appears during the fourth season of the X-Men animated series, voiced by Tasha Simms, in the episodes "Promise of Apocalypse" and "End and Beginning"."

Would we really get an animated iron man/ ghost right after announcing a comics iron man/ ghost?

I am not sure if Diamond no longer shipping new product to comic shops will affect us shipping to Walgreens. I do not know where we are with Series 12 and 13, but I will try to find out. They're both great waves. I think people will like 13 a lot.
Is that the same for wave 78? Or does that fall under the comic shop category?
Wave 80 for Marvel's 80th? Anyone? Anyone?
