  1. Thanks so much! I'll definitely pick up that Cap one!
  2. Since this is a question regarding the Epic Collections, I figured this was the best place for this: Can anyone specify what years the "Captain America: Serpent Society" and "Daredevil: A Touch of Typhoid" books cover?
  3. I like the Animated mates and think they look good among my comic figures. Glad to have an Avengers vs. Squadron Supreme in my display only missing a Grandmaster to make it perfect. Can't wait for Kamala and Proxima Midnight.
  4. I'd love to see a Hydra Cap. Maybe with some other characters in a wave to fill out the ANAD Avengers. Spider-Man, Hercules, Wasp, and maybe a Vision redo. I think a Secret Empire wave is in our midst like with Axis, AvX, etc.
  5. Let's just get a Moonstone Through the Ages! Classic Masters of Evil, Meteorite, OsBolts Moonstone Update, Dark Ms Marvel Update.
  6. They're still too different costumes I'd like to see. Besides the chances of finding a Moonstone out in the wild that doesn't require blood as payment are very slim.
  7. Who was involved that would be likely guesses?
  8. Disney Store exclusive? Haven't seen one of those in a while. Unless there's a reason for their absence I think that's a plausible option.
  9. In that issue, the Asgardian warriors picked up the "Midgard weapons" after aiding the realm in yet another fight for their life.
  10. My biggest issue with modern Marvel is how they constantly fuck over popular characters that basically made Marvel the powerhouse they are. Victor Von Doom is not only one of the best Marvel characters, but one of the best written villain characters in fictional publication history. The fact that Marve, thinks it's okay to make him IRON MAN (?!?!!?!) is quite the "fuck you" to the character. I appreciate a moment in a story where Doom's villainous morality is questioned because it can be used a goo vehicle for character development, but when a character is downright changed just for the halibit it seems more like a misguided story choice than clever character writing. Doctor Strange is also a prime offender. Just call the title "Magic Tony Stark" and nothing would change. Call me bias, but most things with Waid's name on it I'll appreciate and not hate. I'll say that Champions is near shit-quality comics, but his current Avengers is pretty enjoyable. Both the prime numbering and his .1 stuff about Cap's Kooky Quartet. Although the art in the regular title is very distracting at times. Anywho... MvC won't be a big loss if we don't get any, but I'll always appreciate new designs that could potentially replace my current display pieces.
  11. I agree. I don't think EVERY Marvel book is terrible. Most of them are lackluster and pander too much to the MCU crowd. Waid has always been a great writer so I too have enjoyed his Avengers stuff.
  12. The box set could be related only to the arena fight part (or the Planet Hulk portion) with Short Haired Thor, Valkyrie, Hulk and Skurrge. That leaves room for a second Thor, Loki, Odin, Hela and the Grandmaster I doubt we'all see another Heimdall since the one from TDW is perfection. I could see us getting a second Valkyrie and two different Odin's to reflect HobOdin and regular Odin. Doctor Strange will also be seen probably. Thats twelve figures and eight characters.
  13. As far as I'm concerned, just a switch of hair to the Avengers #1 Wasp hair will do the trick.
  14. I don't know, the Marvel characters could really have some cool, classic designs.
  15. I'd like to see more box sets related to specific storylines filled with key characters to the event. Similar to the DOFP set or the Age of Apocalypse sets. That'd be a good way to get very specific characters without having to formulate a wave related to them. I don't see us getting characters like the High Evolutionary or Korvac without a set based on the Evolutionary War or the Korvac Saga. Plus it could get us nice updates of classic characters like the Vision or a more Sal Buscema-esque Thor.
  16. I'm pretty sure that Avengers #1 Iron Man also came with that piece in the same color.
  17. I don't even think they need powerhouse chests. Luke's set of customs he did with just the standard body and they looked great. I'd maybe give Bulldozer one because he is frequently drawn with a bulkier frame. Hasbro did their 3.14 inch line with them all on standard bodies and they all look fine next to each other and other heroes.
  18. I'm gonna be honest, not a huge fan of MOTU, but my goodness. All of these look fantastic!
  19. No clue as to how accessible this'll be, but it's nearly perfect.
