I remember reading in an older thread that they had a smaller production run. Not sure why they would produce less but I suppose that may be why they are less common. That variant pack sure does fetch for some insane prices, but IMO, its one of the coolest variants the line has seen =)

While the poster is pretty cool- why does Poison Ivy have her jaw up like a thug? lol I'll try and pick up a few for those looking for one- will be there on Thursday =)

Actually all the Mighty Muggs have it. Dunno what its for either. Come to think of it- dont most action figures have a peg hole in their feet?

Finished Batman today- a character that unfortunately won't ever happen *sigh* And yes- I pretty much copied the minimate version haha

Thanks for the scoop. Regarding their replacements, one word- LAME! While I may hate the idea, Hasbro's Super Hero Squad are extremely popular so I don't blame em for wanting to capitalize on the trend. DC Minimates ruled but business is business- I wish em luck.

So when you combine my obsessions for Mighty Muggs, MS Paint, and some free time, I came up with these. I hate waiting for Hasbro to unveil the new stuff so I thought I'd draw my favorite characters and see how they look in Mugg form =) Anyways, Here's: -WICCAN of the Young Avengers- -IRON FIST- -DEADPOOL- BATMAN DENGAR SOLID SNAKE

Had I known they were taking Pre-orders, I would have placed one. For me anyways, these are getting tougher to find! Well except for Dr.Doom & Thing, whom no one seems to care about lol

I'd take a Johnny Kage minimate too! Complete with "green goo" accessory! haha

Is there really a tiny Yoda on his back? Thats so freakin cool! DST should do one like that with AOA Sabretooth & a tiny wild child =)

I have every variant Marvel has released thus far, as I'm a completest for the Marvel line =) I also have sealed duplicates of the variants I like, such as Black Spiderman, Stealth Iron Man, & Vision 2.0. A lot of online stores are selling full waves with variants for pretty cheap these days, which should hopefully stop some of the complaining about variants...

Don't forget that test shot Stealth Iron Man...

Well for minimates that I absolutely can't live without are: Raven, Series 7 Batman, Valkyrie, Iron Fist, & Vision 2.0. My favorites are odd I know haha But if I can only keep one, it'd be Vision 2.0 As far as the most valuable, maybe Stealth Iron Man? Minimates have been going for crazy prices recently, with Black Spider-woman and X3 Dark Phoenix going for more than Symbiote Spiderman, so it all depends. *shrugs shoulders*

Finally got them today as well. Raven in AWESOME! Easily became my favorite DC Minimate. All in all a good series, but I still can't get over the fact that I will, at least for the foreseeable future, not be getting a Beast Boy to finish off the "animated" team =( *sigh*

So which Tarantula do you think we are actually getting? I would assume the classic one but they just introduced a female version not too long ago. And if its the male version, ya think he'll have a repainted Iron Fist mask?

There was also a Translucent Red Spiderman & Translucent Blue Spiderman. Pics leaked out of the prototypes years ago, but I'm not sure they were ever even intended for release *shrugs shoulders* They were pretty darn cool though.

Why oh why couldn't they give us Anti-Venom instead of another regular one? lame.

Well the argument that Iron Man was getting too much attention can finally be put to rest because here comes 3 more Spidey's! BLEH! DST should seriously just call the line Spiderman & Friends Minimates!
