Night Nurse gets my vote simply because she's awesome and Doctor Strange needs a squeeze and Cosmo because who doesn't love an astronaut dog that speaks in Russian?

So I just saw this thread after making my own...Robbie FAIL. Anyways, I have wanted X-Files minimates for as long as I can remember. If you want a line with a lot of figures/variants, great fan-base and awesome scifi goodness you really can't beat X-Files. I figure it's a pipe dream, but I want a 2" Dana Scully!

So it seems acceptable to daydream over possible licenses for DST to explore in the future so here's my shot: You want a line with a die-hard fan-base, tons of possibilities for figures/variants AND quite possibly the greatest sci-fi duo ever? The X-Files is your license my friends. If I knew who to write I would start a letter campaign yesterday. In the meantime, now that I'm learning how to make customs I might just have to make my own Mulder and Scully to hold me over until my dreams come to pass. I want to believe...in X-Files minis! Thoughts? EDIT: I just noticed there is already a thread for this sort of thing. My apologies folks, I didn't see it before I created this one.

I could buy that if they followed that logic. The new Thor: Reborn mini really bugs me, there was no real reason to bulk him up like they did with his new plastic smock. I don't know, I guess I love the beauty that is the simplicity of the minimates frame...anything that detracts from it tends to annoy me. Like you said...in a perfect world...*sigh*

Agreed. I'm starting to think I'm an old school purist or something but I just don't like most of the newer mini's that are bulked up (see ANY of the recent Iron Man/Hulk minis). My Wave 6 Iron Man is still my favorite and I much prefer the original Wave 1 Hulk over the newer ones that come complete with breast implants and boxing gloves. O.o That said, I will be passing up this set for the Heroic Age: Classic Box Set. I have to get my hands on old-school Thor!

Hello everyone! My name is Robbie and I've been collecting Minimates on and off since they first came out (I actually have one of the original 3" Captain Kirk figures) but somehow have never found this site before now. I'm really looking forward to taking part in the community and getting to know everyone. I'm interested in creating customs but don't know much about how to do it. I've read about creating custom decals but I'm not sure what the process is behind that. I'm a graphic designer so I could create art assets all day long but I'm not sure how to actually get them on my mini's where they look professional and polished. Any feedback/insights on that process would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading, I look forward to getting to know everyone!
