It only takes one figma to get hooked lol. That's how it happened to me. Samus is a must have IMO but the Tekkamen and Guts are now on my list to get as well. Is it just me or does it seem like max factory was testing the "male character" waters with the dragon knight stuff? From what I hear they sold well enough.

So I've been kicking around an idea. There is no "dedicated" american site for figma. (that I've found) What would a few of you guys think about starting one? Granted I don't know the first thing about making a website or running one but I would be willing to do reviews and photos of what i have. Between all of us here, we should have a nice pool to review from. What do you guys think? Of course we could link it to here since this would be where it started and this is a great community with great people in it. Any ideas? Suggestions?

OK. Haven't posted in a while but I've picked up a few new figmas. I got Canaan from 428 the animation. Also got Kamen rider Siren which I haven't opened yet. Koiyomi Araragi, Rei Ayanami, Juomaru (plawres), Senjougohara Hitagi, Aegis and Fate Testarossa are in the mail. plus I preodered Madoka. Canaan is pretty cool although very light on accessories. I was looking for a site to do figma reviews for, but I can't find any that are really looking for them. I haven't found a single english site that is dedicated to them.

an of you guys get the kamen rider figmas? I know nothing of the show but a few of them look neat

I've been hanging out here since Jan. of this year and just noticed this thread lol. Didn't know this many of you were into figma, I only have 5 so far with a couple more on the way. Only bought a couple from souce material that I like the first one I bought not even knowing what a figma was. I only had 2 up until recently and now I find myself buying more and more. 1st one i got was Lelouch from Code geass, I also have Reika Shimohira from gantz, King Kazma from summer wars, Kagome from inuyasha, and Meiya Mitsurugi from Muv luv. Saber alter and Izayoi Sakuya are coming in the mail.

Ok. When i get a decent camera I thought it'd be cool to do this. But it'd also be cool to see others takes on it. Try to recreate a Comic book cover. movie poster or dvd/VHS case with minimates. I've seen some neat marvel legends comic book take but I've not found any minimate ones.

Someone's got to keep track of the damage superheros do right? Well...and the terminators too.

All good ideas. Think along the lines of fleshing out the previous stuff too. And with Disney wanting in on this a Pirates of the carabian line might not sound so far away. I know they're making pirates for M.A.X. An evil scientist sounds cool. Zombies would be freaking sweet. Imagine Beverly Hills Cop with zombies lol. All kinds of playset ideas. This line ould be huge or fail utterly lol.

Just throwin this out there, but the kyle reese from the BD HK tank pak has some neat stuff. His uniform is similar to the General John Conner as well. Wouldn't it be cool to see a 2 pack in the max line of future resistance fighters. They could call them whatever just have them in those suits with generic names.

I like the look of this batch. I also know nothing about the shadowland story lol. Spiderman is the one I want foremost from this wave. Here's hoping I can get him before the Red-tron guy does. Ironfist looks good and the daredevil is a stark contrast to how I'm used to seeing him. I'm mainly an X-fan but man these things are addicting.

Anything as long as we get a Blink

I've not read Shadowland at all. That being said Hand ninjas sound cool, and having just got into minimates I could use a Daredevil... mine is a zombie. Ironfist sounds good to me as well.

I saw the Black queen Selene set on their site So I ordered that set. I've never ordered from there so I'll see how they do. Plus it doubles as a test buy lol.

The nearest TRU to me is an hour away. I'll head down either thursday or friday to see if the vultures have left me anything. lol. I'd like to get a couple of the spec ops ones.

Sabertooth / Skrull , Captain britain/Shadowcat, Thor/Lady loki, Anti venom/Menace, Rachel Summers/Sentinel, Rachel Grey/Sentinel, Zombie DareDevil/Zombie Giant Man, Black panther/Zombie Iron Man, and AOA box set 2 with Wolverine,Jean Grey,Apocalypse and Dark beast. Dark beast is one of my favorites. I also ordered the AOA box set 1 but BBTS hasn't gotten them in yet.

Man, I can't wait to get these. they are simply the best minimates I've seen. I'm a huge AOA fan and I'll buy just about anything X-men. I can't wait to find out if we'll get 2 packs to round this out abit.

The new mutant press photos show two different sunspots one reg and on translucent. So there's still hope. The age of Apocalypse is my favorite x-men story so any character from it is welcome. Dark beast looks drab but it really sets him apart from 616 beast I'm still waiting to see a blink or a morph

I would actually welome a nocturne minimate. If we get blink and Morph in the AOA 2 packs then I'll have a great start on an exiles team. Either way it's a great team to draw on.

So far I have bought X 23 and Cable, Gambit and Psylocke The Uncanny X men set with BD Wolvie Jubilee Mags and Bishop. 90's Beast and Rogue and Lockjaw with Besty Braddock. The betsy set would have been cooler if it had included an unmasked head or one with a blindfold so you could display it as Revanche. Oh and I got General John Connor lol I'm a terminator fan as well and couldn't let that one slide.

I bought the new X men jean and wolverine a while back and wasn't really all that thrilled they were cool but I never really got any after that. SDCC gave me a glimpse at the AOA minimates and I thought sweet, so i looked up what mates have been released. Man, you turn your back for a couple of years and wow you miss out. In the last few weeks I've bought quite a few. I'm primarily an X fan but the terminator ones look cool.
