Halo 3 armor unlocks through achievements. Halo Reach you just play and earn points constantly and choose which ones you want to get, and there's more as you rank yourself up and blah blah. Two notes. The blue Mark VI spartan has been released before. I know the Mark VI and ODST helmets are out. I think the Rouge too, but hell, I haven't looked at all myHalo guys. What really interests me here is that the Prophet of Regret pack not only has a torso raiser on, but the other two raisers in what appear to be the right colors for the other two Prophets, who DON'T come with them. That's a nice touch. I wish the elites were a more metallic purple, but I'm still going to buy a bunch of them. Thanks for the pics groundhog.

Well, now I have to yell dammit. Oh well, would have been awesome though. Maybe I'll get myself a load of extras (hah! Maybe, he says) and make them go together.

Not the sword. The sword is its own entity. It's got to combine with the rest of the team. If he could just combine his own weapons by himself all the time, he'd just be way too powerful. Also, If I'm right and Zach reads this, Here's to you, buddy. Yell a nice loud "Dammit!" just from me.

My assumption at this point has always been it's to make a Power Rangers type combined weapon. A big cannon basically. Gruntos' has the axe thingy, that becomes the barrel. Merk's knives or whatever they are becomes either the handle and trigger or some form of an aiming sight and Vorin's shield goes on top to add stability and some kind of badass aesthetic factor to it to look cool and whatnot. Of course, this comes from someone who has just watched way too many of those kinds of shows in his life, along with super robot shows and as such sees just about everything as a combining weapon or robot.

And now I'm terrified.

Mine aren't going to get here until probably tomorrow, but it is nice to hear there are some options. I am still somewhat upset about not getting Elites, but hey, at least someone has them. Groundhog, do the elites come with a bunch of cool stuff too, or are they just elites in a box?

I managed to successfully grab the Marines and e Spartans, but missed out on the Elites (which is sad as I want them the most) but they should be here in a few days, so that'll be a few new pictures. Can't wait to see what you come up with Zach.

I have a little icon on my home screen of my iPad that is a Minimate search at TRU. Groundhog is right. I check that in the morning just about everyday, though not that early. Which is probably why I miss out on exclusives sometimes.

Awwwww. Thanks Zach. Really, I only redid that one picture of yours because the idea just seemed so perfect. Yours was by no means terrible. I just wanted to do one of my own. I still haven't done series 4. I need to get on that. And I did order up all but the last Prophet, because he was all gone bye bye, but hopefully I get the other ones. And are the elites both in the same two pack? And the marines? Halo army building genius right there.

That's the original description for it and now it's the four spartan box. I have been bitching about it for months now. But if it changed back to that and I AM getting Miranda, then hooray. But since Zach seems to keep apologizing for her not being in it whenever I bitch and whine about it (Hi Zach!) I'd say it's just not likely.

The nearest TRU to me is well, a few hundred miles away. So I'm screwed there, but I have a friend out of state who goes to his local one and gets me stuff. It's not a big TRU and near as I can tell he might be the main source of minimates selling there, because of me. But he goes on Fridays after work and if they get new stuff in, they always seem to have plenty as every time he finds new stuff all the exclusives tend to still be there and in multiple. The problem? Lately they haven't been getting any new stuff in until at least a month after it releases, aside from movie mates. It might be the issue of the marvel waves using the same SKU number and there are just too many sitting there pegwarming, and I don't need them at all. Example being, when they Avengers movie wave came out, they got them in right away and at the same time finally got Marvel wave 12 with Crossbones, like what, five months after it was actually supposed to come out? Last I heard from him, they had the Amazing Spider-Man wave but still not wave 13, so in my experience, it's a pretty serious crapshoot.
