No luck for me again, I was told to try back Wednesday when they set up the Iron Man section at the front of the store.

I finally got my set from Luke's toy store and found that my Black Cat and Spiderman both had 2 left arms. Black Cats not a big deal, I have plenty of spare black arms. The Spidey is impressive though, The arm has the web shooter and proper paint deco, but it only bends backwards. Good thing about the Spidey though, he sucks so bad all ready, I don't care that he has a gimp arm. I have no complaints about Doc Ock and the Vulture.

Someone over on the Fwoosh board found the movie sets at the Times square TRU in New York. From the pictures they look nice, putting my mind at ease from the Spidey Friend and Foes QC. Just when I thought I was caught up.... Now I wish I didn't blow my last $160.00 on a Medicom Rocketeer.

About 4 years ago when I got married, I made a huge mistake and sold my entire collection of mates, Which included every marvel mate and exclusive from series 1-6. About the time series 17 came out, I started buying them again. I finally just re-bought the Iron Fist/ Power man set, and I bought the Invisible woman/Thing variant set. I pretty much picked up most of the ones I really cared about from 1-14, and I have every figure from series 16 and on. The ones I wish I had that I haven't bought again are the Giant Sized X-men, Gray Suit Prof. X, Stealth Iron Man, and the Peter/ MAry Jane set.

I work for a tool company that imports tools from China. Business has been so good, that the factories we normally use couldn't keep up with production. We had to order some wrenched from a new factory, when we got the stuff they turned out to be garbage. I bet this is a similar situation. Too many minmates in too short of time.

Bummer about the set. I didn't want the Spidey so that doesn't really bother me, and I don't have a problem with the original Black Cat either. I can live with the Vulture's wings. Its the Doc oc that I'm worried about. Oh well, I can't hate any set that gets me closer to a complete Spidey rogues gallery.

Here are a few close-ups. I made bleachers out of lego blocks. After I got series 33 and 34, I had too many and I needed another shelf. I plan on making more bleachers for the x-men when I get a chance.

I got my order in for a box of 12 with Luke this morning, along with the Spiderman 4-pack, and his custom Zombies kit. I can't wait for these, although I'm having some serious space issues at the moment. This is the first time I have been "smart" and ordered one of the dump cases early. It cost me a fortune for a case of the Battle Star Cylons, and I never got around to the Terminator ones.

This was the easiest series ever for me to find. I hadn't even put any thought into this series until I read this thread when I was at work ( on break of course. Score one for phone internet!). I decided I better stop by TRU on my way home. I scored the whole series, minus the Scorpion set. I only saw one Swordsman set, but the had 2 of the hawkeye set. On Sunday they had 2 pegs of the secret war pack, they sold through about half of them now.

I called my local TRU from work this morning, and they actually had both exclusives. I had to convince the manager to hold them for me for an hour. She finally agreed, but if someone came in and asked for them she was going to give it to them. Then, I had to convince my wife to wake up and go get them for me. I had her pick up the Vault guard/wolvie set as well.

I always freak out about not being able to find the TRU exclusives, but I have seen the BE/MS pack atleast 5 times. Infact, one of my local TRU stores had that and the Union Jack set hanging on the pegs together for about a week. The only one I've never seen was the stealth Iron man set.

Well I sent an email to toyrocket yesterday demanding to know why they charged me 2 months ago, and I still don't have my minimates. Not only that, but they sent me that email 1 month ago that said my order was in stock. I've sent 4 emails that they never responded to. I told them that if they didn't reply to my email again, I was going to contact the better business bureau. Today I got a generic email saying that my order has been canceled, and they were refunding my money. I'm so mad about this series now, I don't even know if I want them anymore. I might just pick up the TRU packs and forget about the rest of the wave. I'm never going to order from them again.

I got an email from toyrocket on june 26 that said my backorder was in stock and ready to ship. I still haven't gotten my order yet. I'm starting to wonder what I paid $12 for express shipping for.

I'm still waiting to hear from toyrocket about my series 25 set. It's been almost a month since they charged me. I saw the new series of TRU exclusives tonight. It was hard not picking up the new Cap/ A.I.M. set, but I'm going to wait for my preordered set.

I stopped by one TRU today and nothing. On my way home I called a second store, after spending way to much time trying to explain to the employee what a Minimate was, and waiting about five minutes for him to look, he told me they had a moonstone and Bullseye. He refused to hold it for me until I got there. I drove like a maniac, but it was still on the pegs half an hour later when I reached the store.

I'm still waiting for my set from toyrocket that they billed me for on the 29th of May. I emailed them on Tuesday, but they haven't responded. I think this might be the last time I order from them.

I still have not received my order from toyrocket. According to their policy, If they charged me, them my order should have shipped.Yet I paid for express shipping and it has been 6 days since they charged me, and nothing. I'm sticking with BBTS for my pre orders from now on.

Toyrocket charged me on friday, but I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet. I paid 11.95 for express shipping, which I think they will send my order priority mail. I don't know if they have even shipped it yet or not, but I hope my order shows up soon.

How are the Cap and Red skull figures? I picked up the new TRU wave, so now i'm thinking about skipping the heroes and villian sets.

I have also been re-addicted twice now. I originally had waves 1-6 and all the variants and exclusives. When I got married I sold them all in a lot on ebay. I started buying them again at wave 16, and ended up rebuying many of the figures I had sold. I stopped buying them again right before the iron man movie minimates came out, until I saw the new wave at TRU. Over the past week I've ordered waves 21, 23, and 24, along with most of the box sets and I bought all the TRU packs. My biggest regret is missing the TRU stealth iron man 2 -pack, and the few originals that I didn't rebuy, like the giant sized x-men set, stealth iron man variant, and the power man and Iron fist pack.
