I had to go classic Madrox - this is probably his best shot & he's currently my 4th-most wanted X-Man behind Sunfire, Banshee and Mimic. I backed that up with Mindless Ones, because I think Mandroids are a lock at some point. The only others I am really interested in are the Dire Wraiths, but I ordered my prefs in favor of older characters first.

For the record, if there is one, Whirlwind should be an easy pick for DST in the future. He... ...is a Master of Evil ...has been a toy before, in the old ToyBiz Iron Man line ...seems likely to be a toy again in the current Marvel Universe line, if rumors are to be trusted ...has appeared prominently in the "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" cartoon ...was in that awesome side-scrolling "Avengers" button-mashing game from the 80s So OK, granted, that last one is perhaps a less compelling argument, but I have fond memories of that game.

Given DST's "AvX" box has only "X" in it, I'm thinking more that AFX will have the "A" box set. It's possible that the TRU Vindicator/Box 2-pack is supplemental to Wave 48 two-packs, which are as-yet undisclosed and may contain some AF members.

I think Freedom Force / Brotherhood 2.0 has a decent shot, so my vote's for Squadron Supreme. Or at the very least: Squadron Sinister. However, I am also a big fan of X-Statix, and they are probably even less likely. But given that I'm on a villains kick, I gotta go with "Lo! The LETHAL LEGION!" We have Grim Reaper, but I'll be counting the years until Swordsman, Man-Ape, Living Laser and Power Man I (Atlas 1.0). Runner-up is Batroc's Brigade - I'm a big Zaran fan.

A Mojo minimate would be teh awez. And I had to go Zemo. Curses! Too many good choices... I also really want Strucker and Wrecker. However, easy to avoid re-dos at this stage, e.g. Abomination and Mr. Sinister. We so badly need brand new villains, and I kinda feel that these two should have been kept out of the poll. I would very much like to see a bulked-up Abomination, just not in this context. Zach, good stuff! Regarding the polls as a whole, I think every single choice has been viable & there isn't one that wouldn't make a great MiniMate, so high-fives all around for pulling it together. I hope DST is thinking evil thoughts when planning 2013, because my heroes have had it too easy so far...

Note to those interpreting the results... no character in our poll would appear to be a total "dud"... I think all the choices so far have been great. I would hope that only an "extremely" poor showing might deter a character from being considered in the future. Particularly with this second poll, the options are so strong that it's tough for any one to float to the top. Preliminary analysis of our poll does show that team completion is important to people...

Yeah i remember the good ol' Jesse Falcon days... I've never been a hyper-active poster, but even as a lurker I have seen somewhat of a tone shift. However there are plenty of folks who post to those boards who I consider to be pretty stand-up individuals. It's like anywhere, there are jerks and cool cats. Not everywhere can boast the coolness ratio that MMM can.
