I have a new favourite Minimate! Wowsers! Who in the universe is that supposed to be? I'm racking my brain trying to think of who that's supposed to be.

That's a great little Baltar fig, and it's from one of the most memorable moments of the series. If you don't remember what I'm talking about, go back and watch "Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down".

Well, I went ahead and bought one off of eBay for $22 (plus shipping). I figured that was a reasonable price to pay since I really want to stay on top of this line. I'm 18, and it seems like ever since I was little I've been collecting toys (Toy Story, Star Wars, Nascar cars) but the past 5 years or so, I haven't really had anything to collect. I'm a huge BSG fan and I love where this line is headed. I got the new Cylon case when they came out and I love them. Well, I'm rambling, but I'm so happy I'll have one now!

Yay! Mine came in today and I love them! They're a lot more detailed than I had anticipated.

1) Any chances of a Raptor for the new BSG 'mates to go along with the Vipers and Raiders? BSG is what's gotten me into Minimates. 2) What are the chances of having a Serenity/ Firefly liscense and series?

I ordered mine from TimeandSpaceToys.com and the have a pretty good track record. They were pretty much the only site I'm familiar with that had them for less than $55.

Well I'm only interested in Minimates because of BSG so I'm very excited to get my modern case in soon. I finally got around to ordering them last night since a lot of online stores are sold out of the modern cases. I can't wait until we see what's next after this regular character line (with Cain, Starbuck, etc). I've got to get a Col Tigh one! There's so many wonderful characters that this line could go on for a long time. I also hope that they make a new Raptor to go along with all the other ships.

Why is it that the White Dress Six is being called Shelley Godfrey? As you may remember, Shelley was in "Six Degrees of Separation" and had Baltar sweating bullets when he thought he had been found out. She wore a dark suit with glasses and had her hair in a ponytail for most of the episode. Six in the white dress, on the other hand, has been seen several times, such as in many of Baltar's visions on Kobol back in Seasons 1 and 2.

The reason I ask this is because I have had major problems with registering (it says I'm registered, but I'm not). I don't really need to post or anything, but if anyone has an account, could you please do me a huge favor as it relates to Battlestar Galactica: please start a new thread pertaining to the lack of the BSG soundtracks on iTunes. Composer Bear McCreary said that it's up to NBC-Universal to release them to iTunes and it makes no sense not to because of all the other support the show has for it (RDM's podcasts, #2 in show sales, etc). The message could be as simple as "Does anyone else think that NBC-Universal should release the BSG soundtracks on iTunes? It seems silly not to as that is "free" money that they're sitting on." If this is a no- no type of message, then I apoligize 100%. I lurk around here a lot and it would mean a great deal to me if someone who has a working account would do this for me. Thank you very much.

That's great to hear after some of us were worried the line was in trouble after numerous issues being pushed back for months. I think if you order online the only one they have in is issue #1 of about 6. And nice to hear that it's pretty much canon after some bad stuff I've heard concerning the books' continuity (such as lasers... there aren't lasers in BSG!).

I'd love to see some Serenity/Firefly ones. They are already with Diamond Select, so I have no idea how that would affect it. Gumby would also be cool. I know that Kubricks did two waves a few years back, but it would still be a neat line. And like someone else said, one of Indiana Jones would be cool too with the new movie coming soon. Gotta love the good doctor.

I think they look great. Cool to see the white uniforms for the classic guys, Lucifer and Imperious Leader (?... I've only seen the first episode/movie, the second disk should be in from Netflix Monday) new 6, Tom Zarek, and Cain.

I've been hearing about this on IGN the past few days, and I am cautiously optimistic about how that could turn out.

I have actually not picked up the first issue, but I certainly plan on doing that. I'm glad you reminded me. And about the titanium vehicles, I think they look great.

Thanks for the welcome lol I kind of figured that they wouldn't make it mass market, but if they do, then it's all the better for the line. I guess we'll just have to wait a few days for Comic Con.

Hi everyone! Well, no real reason to explain why I'm here other than the fact that I'm a HUGE BSG ('04) fan and finally saw pictures of the new Minimate figures and I was totally blown away. When I first heard about it, I thought it was silly. I'm a LEGO guy, I confess. I loved the vehicles that I've seen so far for the BSG guys. Then I got on Wiki to do a little research about Mimimates and found out that they have the Speed Racer liscense. So now I've gotta get those too! Trust me, BSG and Speed Racer merchandise is few and far between, so I'm gobbling up all the news I can read about it. I do have one question though, other than the sponsor at the top of the page (which I've checked), do mass market stores normally carry Minimates? Will that site be carrying BSG stuff when it becomes avaliable (I did a search and I didn't really see anything)? Thanks in advance.
