I think it was the licensing. I remember seeing it in a thread before and basically if I remember it right, DST has the rights to make that sized vinyl figure with no articulation, and for only certain licenses, and Marvel was never one of them. Because if they did, I’m sure they would hop on with characters like Galactus, Sentinels, Goliath, Antman, etc.

There are actually a few characters we're duplicating in silver suits AND their other suits (Widow, Tony, Barton, Rhodey, Hulk), but Cap and Thor are not them. 

So from what you’re saying, it seems like we might get an army builder with the cap/Thor pack? If they’re heads swap for the same body, it seems like that’s where you guys are going with it, right?

and I’m honestly excited that we’re getting the different looks for Widow, Tony, Barton Rhodes and Hulk. It means we’re getting Widow in her new spy outfit, Tony in his Mark 50, Barton as Ronin, Rhodes as bulky War Machine, and Professor Hulk. I’m just hoping for the new looks for Rocket, and Thanos. And that we get an MCU version of storm breaker. Thanks for the info @DSTZach

So we’re 6 weeks out from Endgame, and we haven’t even gotten a teaser for the new mates. I can’t remember how it was last year for Infinity War. Did we get wave 1 before or after the release of the movie?

Yeah, I'm depressed about the situation! Would have loved to have a Noir Spidey and that new black and red suit spidey! Would also have loved to have a new Maria Hill, MJ or Ned! AND C'mon, that Mysterio would've been so dope as a minimate! I'm a huge mcu movie fan. Didn't read too many of the comics, so I don't pick them up often. I always go searching for the MCU versions. I just recently picked up the last wave of the Infinity War mates, and I'm currently on the hunt for the Captain Marvel mates. 

@DSTZach can we atleast get a two pack or four pack for SDCC? PLEASE?!
