Ghostbusters Slimer's Base

I've not really been keeping up with Ghostbusters Minimates, but today I was looking at the Slimer Minimate (MMDB link) and had an idea. The C3 hole in a Minimate's foot is virtually the same diameter as the peg that attaches the crotch to the torso. I'm guessing under there Slimer has a normal Minimate torso. I'm not sure about this, but does this mean that it's possible to use Slimer's stand as a sort of flying stand? Could someone please try this, as I don't want to hunt one down for it not to work.

The clear green one seems like it would work well for displaying Green Lanterns. Do we know if this stand is going to be used in any different sets and colours?

Yeah, the peg fits perfectly in the foot.

The same base has been used on the Chef Ghost from the Video Game GB set, but it's clear white. The new slimer coming out will have one, but not sure which color.

the new Slimer minimate (comes with Louis) has a clear base like the vg chef mm - I wish they had done the first Slimer with a clear base, I dont like the green one)
