Dio Posted August 9, 2009 Share Posted August 9, 2009 (edited) I never thought it would come to this, but hey my first custom is Weapon X XD I saw the Wolverine Origins Weapon X, and I just knew in my heart that it was compatible with Minimates. I popped off the torso, trimmed the straps, then I cut Logan's hair to fit in with the helmet and glued it onto another head with tape wrapped around it so it would be easier to remove. But before all that, you have to squeeze a minimate head into the helmet and then flatten it at the top as the head shape is differenet for the original figure. In all the pictures I found of him, they were either the version that DST originally made or it was with all the tech, but nothing else. And I mean nothing else. As in, the only things covering his naughty bits were technology XD I COULD remove the loincloth, but I'm afraid that the device won't cover his crotch entirely unless I cut it off (the device) and glue it back on, but I like it just the way it is and I think coming to a middle ground between both versions is just fine. And who wants to see him naked anyway <img src="http://www.minimatemultiverse.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> I can also just remove the helmet and put the original hairpiece back on XD I also traded hands with the civilian Logan in the Wolverine Through the Ages boxset because it just makes sense for both of them. You should see what he did to my fingers XD What I meant was that even though I'm good at cutting parts, I don't have any experience at inking, painting or sculpting which is what most customizers do.
