Just send me $2 over paypal to cover shipping and handling (to USA and Canada, overseas will have to pm me for different prices I am afraid) and I will send you two of this promo card: The codes are unused so they can have the online version as well as the physical card. PM me if you are interested. As a side note, I saw these guys for $23 on ebay just now. They are mos def not worth that much and in a month, you will see the price drop.
