luke314pi
I wanted to give a shout out to the Glyos family of toy lines, which I am a big fan of. They all use the same system of articulation and swappable parts, so you can not only exchange parts within one toy line, but within all of them. For some of the lines, it makes building new figures even more fun than buying the standard figures. The Glyos family includes: The original and long running line of Glyos figures by Matt Doughty Power Lords and Outer Space Men by Four Horsemen Weaponeers of Monkaa by Spy Monkey Skeleton Warriors by October Toys Roboforce by Toyfinity Outlanders by Nistuff Kabuto Mushi by God Beast Here are a few pics from my collection: I know Cappy is a fan of these as well. Anyone else here collect any of these lines?
Gmonkey2k
Cool!
Glantern
I have just about every one of the Weaponeers of Monkaa figures, and I absolutely love them. I also just got my full set of Skeleton Warriors and those are a lot of fun as well, and the Skeleden Glyos included with those has gotten me interested in that line as well. They're a lot of fun! UK Collector
The skeleton warriors look like the bad guys from the Conan cartoon of the 90s. Are they related?
stack32
The Skeleton Warriors had their own cartoon (and line of action figures) in the 90s. Hopefully my skeletons will be arriving soon. They look pretty cool and I hope they end up running more in other colors because I could definitely go for black and clear red.
UK Collector
Thanks for clearing that up. Might be what I was mis-remembering.
Shanester
I only have one of these figures that I picked up at my first C2E2. I really like the skeletons.
stack32
For those of you not aware, there is a Glyos drop on Wednesday, though it isn't normal Glyos product but a crossover with Real X Head. You can read about it here.
toy showdown
I wish I had some place in my collection for Stryker Lock. Totally legit sofubi and not that Funko mass-produced "inspired by" vinyl crap. I'm seriously tempted to buy one anyway. But...which...one? luke314pi
I am in the same boat. I might get one to serve as kind of a Watcher over my Glyos collection, but which one? They both look cool.
stack32
I'm on the fence. If they had Glyos detail lines I think I'd be picking at least one up, but the paint rub looks messy to me instead of weathered.
whywing
Don't forget Rise of the Beasts, Banimon, and Mystical warriors of the Ring! RotB MWOTR I don't have a picture of my Banimon on my computer but I will remedy that and post it soon. I have been extremely happy with every toy from the Glyos family that I have purchased. Particularly Goliath from MWOTR!!!

toy showdown
It was 13 on the Mohawk and 15 on the Crossborg when checked stock around 9:29. And now they're gone.
stack32
Yeah, they sold out in a minute or less, which is really fast even compared to some of the ridiculously fast sellouts that have been happening lately. Matt posted on the blog that they're already placing an order for a second run so more should be available eventually. I couldn't decide if I wanted one, none, or both and ended up successfully ordering both, though I'm not sure how.
luke314pi
I missed out on these, but will definitely be picking up one whenever the second batch arrives.
stack32
I received my Stryker Lock figures today. Still not a fan of the paint rub, but the the visor paint and sculpt balance that out to make a really cool figure. They look great beside other Glyos figures too. I can't see myself buying a ton of them, but I think there's probably a couple of color combos that could get me to buy them again. What they really make me want though is a similar, larger figure in the regular Chinese vinyl to act as a Glyos version of the Celestials or similar characters. Glantern
FYI, Weaponeers of Monkaa had a drop on Friday. Reissue of the Powercon Barbarian and the SDCC Weaponeer, plus three new color schemes, all still in stock in the Spy Monkey Store. I got all the new ones and the Eternal Barbarian, since that one wasn't available online before.
