How to handle loose pieces

Recommended Posts

I got an Iron Man 2-pack a couple weeks ago and after pulling the 'Mates out of the package, one Iron Man's foot fell off and the other's arm fell off. They are defective; the hole the foot goes in on the one is too large (you can tell by comparing it to the other) and the arm on the other that falls off is formed poorly; the opening is too wide and it can't stay on the arm securely.

It was the last package of it's kind at the store I got it form and I don't want to just return them, so I was wondering if anyone had a DIY solution for keeping loose pieces (arms, feet, legs, hands, etc.) in their place. I don't really want to superglue them especially the arm since it wouldn't be able to be moved around. And I can't really think of any other way to fix it. My kids and I play with them and they aren't much fun locked away because they don't work right...
