How about this- army builder 2 packs Shield Agent & Hydra (Variant Black Widow & Hydra) US Soldier & Skrull Police Officer & Thug (or gangster) This way you would get one good guy and one bad guy in each pack. I would even settle for one of these sets in every line just to keep things mixed up a bit.

Here is another quick Defenders custom. Moondragon!!! I do need to paint over the skulls on the belt though.

My Defenders have not arrived but I got a quick start by making a simple custom Moondragon. I just used a White Queen's body and a misc. head piece that I had. I am looking forward to the Polaris figure so that I can make Moondragon in green. I always thought that she was a great character.

Here is a custom Wasp to go with the Avengers. I used a Power Girl headpiece painted brown and the wings from an old heroclix Wasp. Not a great custom but I like her. Here is another view

I just found a buy-it-now Martian Manhunter and Javelin for buy it now $55. This was great with me since I bought a loose Flash back when the C3s were still in Walmarts. I am pumped. I have been wanting this one ever since I started collecting Minimates.

Just a simple custom. Decals over a wolverine head and a blank white body. Random red hands, feet, and pelvis with an old C3 superman cape. Sorry about the quality of the photo Here are my sentinels also. I posted them elsewhere as a battle scene.

I made the sentinels out of old promos. Two Tower promos and an Art Asylum one. I believe that they are the three inch bodies. I made some simple decals using my printer and labels so the can be easily removed if I wish to do so. Thanks for the nice responses.

The sentinels aren't the greatest but I do like them because I have three of them and didn't have to pay around $80 for each one like the larger resin sentinels. I do wish they were bigger however. The sentinels were an easy custom.

www.shopafx.com has series two listed with no release date. Mates that haven't been released yet all have dates and all of the others that have been released are missing the date like the BSG 2's.

I needed a Black Canary to go with the rest of my Justice League especially Green Arrow. She was a simple custom that just required the cutting of a jacket.

I got a black retailer summit 2005 as well as so many others. I was kinda looking forward to a cylon elf but I never look a blank gift-mini in the mouth. Thanks AA & DS

I ordered a first series Daredevil off of ebay. He was the only one that I was ever going to get. Over 100 minimates later I am still collecting.

You got it. And as the others said, I just used some old warhammer paint over to top part of the legs.

I love the idea of having a Darkseid but the C-3 version was just too small considering some of the large characters being released like Brainiac and Killer Croc. So, I decided to make my own. I used a C-3 Darkseid (head) and an Ares body minus the skirt and gauntlets. The colors match well enough but the head is still too large for a scaled Darkseid head. Cutting off the ball on the neck joint was really all that was required.

I have a wonderful story that I would like to share with all of you because I am really happy. This kinda' deals with both DC and BSG. About a month ago pre-ordered Green Lantern and Star Saphire off of Ebay because GL has always been my favorite. The guy selling them also owns the Enchanted Toy Chest (which I never heard of). Because of my preorder, this store sent me a 10% off coupon for any DC minimates. I waited until BSG came out and ordered the whole DC wave one and BSG wave 1. Within a day, the company sent me another email and said that I was one of the first to order BSG so they offered me the variant pack from the case for $12. Needless to say that this was a no brainer. I wasn't planning on getting the variant but I couldn't pass it up. One problem with the order though, when the box came it had DC wave 2 in it. When I sent them an email here is the response I got- "Naturally, I will send out wave 1 first thing Monday. As for wave 2, if you want the figures I can sell them to you for $24.00. That is $6.00 each and you do not pay for shipping. If you do not want them, I can send a return postage label so you can send them back after you get wave 1. Sorry about the mix up." I like dealing with honest people. If you are looking to buy online I would give these guys a shot. Enchanted Toy Chest

Has anyone noticed how big Helo is? I like the size difference because Helo does seem tall. He is actually my favorite character on the show. No spoilers please, there's a separate thread for the show. Thanks - Danny

Rather than just looking at my collection taking up space, I made a game for use with my m'mates. It really started as a simple little game that I played with my kids. I created stat cards similar to heroscape for simple battles. Changes were made for damage, power, and defense. I have moved into creating scenarios similar to RPGs. It is still mostly a knock-down slugfest however. Before taking time posting any stats and the rules, I was wondering if anyone else would be interested.
