Before the Hammer Drone was revealed DST was referring to it as the "mysterious army builder". Army = more than one, so it probably won't be Hammer in a suit.

I feel the same way. IM2 mates seem like one set spread out over a few releases like Ghostbusters mates, almost like a sub-line within the Marvel line

The most confusing thing is the Mark V/Mark VI naming thing. Sometimes DST is labeling the triangle chest piece armor as Mark V, sometimes as Mark VI. I'm sure he's coming. The Wrecker is the kind of character who I could even see Hasbro releasing in a single pack. The other three... not so much. A Wrecking Crew 4 pack would be amazing

The Thor movie mates are going to be crazy. There are going to be a ton of characters in that flick and the potential for a lot of mates, without resorting to minor clothing changes (although there will undoubtedly be a few Thor variants) Thor Loki Odin Jane Foster Fandral Hogun Volstagg Sif Heimdall Frigga Frost Giants Dark Elves And More!

This is how he looks in the movie, the mate looks how Stark looks in the movie. Why would they make him look different?

They aren't going to not give us a Black Widow, I imagine she'll either show up in the other box set or in a TRU wave. With Hammer revealed, that just leaves Black Widow and Nick Fury of the main characters who are still MIA

If Brown Costume Wolverine Redo isn't the last mate in the wave, I could see a Brown Costume Wolverine Redo/90's Jean Grey exclusive set in the corresponding TRU wave. Neither would necessarily require new pieces and it would have Wolverine, so hopefully it wouldn't be one per case.

Yeah, this is kind of like the Tony Stark War Machine/James Rhodes War Machine situation, only not quite as ridiculous.

Jean will definitely be the variant. No way are they not going to package Hellfire Club Jean with the Hellfire Club Guard

I would say so. I'm assuming this is the variant and 90's Jean Grey is the regular figure. Although I suppose it could be the other way around. Or we could be getting a variant Black Queen Selene.

Maybe but this wave just seems like a 90's X-Men/X-Men TAS wave. I'm expecting mates like 90's Jean Grey, 90's Rogue, Jubilee, Colossus Redo, Nightcrawler Redo, Brown Wolverine Redo or Long-Haired Bishop instead of any villains

I will be very disappointed if there are no villains in this wave (I expect to be very disappointed )

It was originally set up that way but they have since changed it so that FA Angel is the regular one and the other Angel is the variant

I don't know, each of the Cykes we've gotten has been a distinctive and iconic costume variant, so I don't feel we've gotten to the overkill point yet. We've been getting more waves which contain mates from all over the Marvel universe, so I doubt this is an all X-Men wave, but if it is a pretty great line-up would be 90's Cyclops/Avalanche Cannonball/Pyro 90's Jean Grey/Black Queen Dark Phoenix (Variant)/Hellfire Club Guard (Army Builder)

Hopefully Cyclops comes with either 90's Jean Grey, Mister Sinister, or some Brotherhood member like Pyro or Avalanche
