I actually much prefer AOA Colossus to his normal universe counterpart. Ever since he came back he's been nothing more than shiny metallic wall paper. meh. AOA Colossus was cool and stomped on Kitty. Also want an AOA Sinister and a normal Sinister soon. Wouldn't mind a Holocaust or Sentinel, though i imagine, like Hasbro's, Holocaust will be "Nemesis" or something. I kinda want that Colossus. Mostly because we haven't seen him get a Mini in ages. Quite frankly...i don't even like the guy.

Aside from the ones mentioned Holocaust and an AOA sentinel would be cool. Still waiting for the loose pics.

Same here. I thought they were missing because they didn't show up, but glad I was proved wrong. Phew! you really had me worried for a second there. The pics have loaded up now and i am filled with relief

I wouldn't mind as long as they come with more accessories, bases and unique sculpted parts. More extra heads, etc etc and better quality control on the paint apps.

Thanks for the pics! They look great, though I wish Sunfire was all one color plastic instead of part translucent and part clear. Also it would have been nice for Jean to at least come with an energy accessory.

Whatever these weird lines are whether they are breasts or ribs, DST dropped the ball with her chest tampo. It just looks off. That and the lack of 90s Jim Lee's yellow on her crotch piece AND padding. Plus the original x-men set with the yellow overlapping the blue/black neck lines have made me very disappointed.

Make that 4, so only 500 sets each. I think you and i would have to commit to about 1000 sets each for this to sell enough to be worth DST's efforts. LOL I would take one as well, so it is just ~ 667 sets each.

The Jean Grey Wolverine Apocalypse set is as good as mine. I'll get the other set later.

It was epic. Better than any of the crossovers today, imo. By the way, love the Un-official. LOL

I hope we get Blink Sabretooth Wildchild Morph frst before some of these other guys who were peripheral at best. Down for Holocaust though.

These little guys deserve their own thread and for those that have missed out on the SDCC preview thread. Have we had any official shots of them? I want better pics! Any word on acessories?

Never been a big FF fan, so glad we're getting a wave or two to get them out of the way.

I think people just like the gold and silver and want them because they're rare. If it had been mass produced like a regular pack, they'd probably still be peg warming somewhere or available cheap like those armored spideys.

Cyclops needs his visor and Jean needs bigger boobs. haha Seriously these sets are amazing. I hope they have a bunch of accessories. Flame blast for Sunfire, energy blasts for Magneto and Jean, Cyke's visor, an alternate arm for Weapon X with just a stub and no claw, and some sort of vial for Dark Beast.

No 90s X-Men box set review?

Right on. I reread AOA a couple months back and its epicness still holds up today. Despite being in the dreaded 90s, it really is a great crossover. Better than any of the crossovers like House of M, Decimation, Second Coming, or whatever 'event' Marvel has these days that just end up fizzling and disappointing.

Weapon X in the AOA did have major hair though.

That's a pretty big task. LOL. I don't think it's even possible to see everything at the con, much less put pictures of all the toys and goodies.

I keep coming back to look at the AOA minimates....love them!
