  1. I didn't make that one. There's a link to the page where I got it in my original post.
  2. No problem. So what do we have to do to get some black blanks and see if Timbo's up for a little cut-n-paste action?
  3. The thoguht had crossed my mind.... I doubt I'd have access to that number of the white blanks this time though... but never say never, maybe as a very limited compo prize or something... Let's do it!
  4. ^^^ Too late for that. Thanks Tim!
  5. Click here to go to the gallery on Figures.com. There are some pictures here that I haven't seen like the one of the classic Cyclon Raider being held. How cool is that?!
  6. I don't remember what the original posts on the AA forum said but I thought that this line was more confirmed than it was rumor - but it seems I was wrong. Maybe the line was a go but with The Last Stand not performing as expected the Minimates got shelved. Which is too bad because I thought we were guaranteed to get an Angel minimate out of the whole deal. Of course, that's what I thought regarding Dark Tide as well...
  7. Truly a case of "If you build it, they will come." Kevin Costner would be proud. Now if I can only figure out how to get that much traffic over at the HQ...
  8. I am unfamiliar with preordering but is the product not arriving as advertised fairly common?
  9. Sweet Luke! I still don't understand how you can get such clean lines! I'm thinking we'll see the good doctor in the next few waves...
  10. I'm not familiar with the game and the characters are too "anime" for me. And whoever is the variant - Lilith or Morgan...worst variant ever.
  11. Possibly my only pet peeve. "Lego" is singular and plural.
  12. No, I said "a simple but effective quick custom." I think he looks great and very accurate.
  13. Good point. I keep forgetting that just because BSG minimates have been announced they won't necessarily make it to retail. Hopefully, the presales (whenever they happen) will justify it.
  14. Yeah, I seem to be the only one out here on the West coast but it's been difficult finding them let alone getting chase figures. Hopefully Wal-Mart will carry waves 12 and 13.
  15. I actually hadn't thought of that. Which means we could see them by November at the earliest - assuming they're aiming for a Christmas release for the DVD.
  16. There was talk that X3 minimates would be made by DST along with the line of busts that they have already released. Was this ever confirmed? They are going to miss the wave of hype if they aren't at least announced soon...
  17. Assuming the BSG prequel spin-off series CAPRICA gets picked up do you think they'll make minimates for it? I wonder if it's already included in DST's license...
  18. Hmm, well that joke backfired, didn't it? I just checked the McDonald's webite and they have ingredient lists for everything except the sauces...
  19. I thought I was the only one! I've been looking for a Russian packet from 1992 for years!
  20. When I see pictures of people's collections I'm always amazed by how many other toys and toy lines that people collect. If you've seen Kirby's collection you know what I'm talking about. I collect only Minimates (and the occasional comic book) but what else do you collect?
  21. All possibilities I'm sure - especially with what's being said about reusing parts. Deadpool custom by TENIME_art
  22. Yeah, I'm still a little bent out of shape over losing an auction for 25 3" AA logo exclusives (purple bags) - I should have increased my max bid... And I'm not sure I want them that badly. I should probably just wait until Shanester's collection arrives. That should keep me sane for a few days.
  23. Yeah, that's what I'm finding. It seems like there should be more of these in circulation. People often seem to get rid of their minimate collections on eBay but not blanks. Where are they all hiding? And is $10 each a fair price for the white Wizard World Chicago and red SDCC?
  24. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Stargate minimates before G.I.JOE. With two successful shows it seems they have yet to properly delve into the toy market. I hope the 7" line sells well though - they might use that as a barometer for the SG minimates.
