Oops! I didn't know that Richard hatch played Apollo in the original series - I thought he was Starbuck. I need to pick up the original series and watch it again. I suppose there's time until the full second season of the new series comes out...

2006 US Toy Fair pics: click here. There's a prototype of Dan on the second page of the gallery and it looks like Dan's eyes have been changed from the way they were on the AFX preorder page here. They look bigger in the Toy Fair pics where in the AFX picture they look almost closed. Or maybe it's just photo quality issues...

I never thought of that JL - why haven't we seen them? We've seen almost all of the other BSG minimates...

We don't hate Trek minimates just Trek fans. We at least the Trek fans that seemed to overrun the old AA forum where a lot of us came from. And bad spelling can be cured you know.

I'm not getting my hopes up but you have to admit the arrival of the BA Comics/Red Cross exclusive came out of nowhere. And I'm pretty sure this was after a lot of talk about there being no blanks planned for the year. The SDCC is too large a venue to simply pass on. Can AA and DST afford to be one of the companies that don't have some sort of exclusive to offer? And have they ever gone to the SDCC without some sort of exclusive? Again, the rose-colored glasses are off, but I think we might be surprised. And I'm talking about being surprised by exclusive minimates not surprised at how much the British contingent can drink!

I love the detail on the mask and body. It looks like shiny leather. Mmm, nothing like a shiny superheroine!

So what's the word on the street about minimate exclusives at SDCC? I remember hearing something about a Thor/Loki 2-pack last year but it seems that was just a rumor. I guess we'll find out for sure in a few weeks. If there are exclusives at the show can one of you fine gentlemen that are attending pick me up a couple?

^^^ Welcome CS! The first three waves were announced at the same time. Battle-damaged Batman and Killer Croc are part of the third wave as there are no variants in the DC Minimates line. Where did you hear about the forum?
