The butler did it!

Ulan WAS a good guy. He got angry with the way things were being run by AA and decided to become beligerant. I was there, I spoke with him before, during and after. Most of his troll like behavior was an attempt to get a reaction out of AA (who, by the way, went completely silent and left us all wondering "what the hell"). He just did things in a NON-productive way. Tim "Picard" B. is a great guy who I think is an excellent person in general. He was the object of most of the troll activity, because he was the "eyes & ears" of AA at the time. He didn't deserve it, but like I said, he was the front man. This is really all that needs to be said. I hope its enough explanation because this is not the old AA forums and that baggage is not going to enter these hallowed halls if I have anything to say about it. Jeez, I am beginning to sound like Dean Wormer! (for you too young for this pop-culture reference, Google Animal House).

OK, the show was pretty lame and everything was overpriced. No Sigma 6 exclusives either. I got to see some upcoming product and it was cool. Very hard to get photos of most of it. The lighting in the show cases was terrible, but here is what I have. It was hard as hell to get a good shot of Destro. 2.5 inchers were nice looking, but lack articulation. A cool custom diarama. I love the S6 Bullet Man. You guys missed nothing...

Do you have any idea how hard "they" would be on this forum if we helped conspire to or condoned bootlegging a product? Its not a topic open for discussion. Not even a toy juggernaut like Marvel Legends is safe when controling interests start getting lazy or greedy. The new waves of Marvel minimates have not hit stores yet. Neither have ANY of the other licensed minis. Safe? Never say never. LOTR minis wave 3?

That Clone Trooper is very awesome. I like the changes to the blue IM. I also like the War Machine improvements, but like the reflective lines on the older helmet detail.

I went to the parachute drop today. They do it every year. Drop 1000 GIJs off a roof for lucky folks below to catch. The goofballs did it downtown amongst the tall buildings. What did not land on the roofs of other buildings got carried several blocks away. It was a stampede of young kids and wacky old ladies (yes, old ladies). At any rate, so far the show is lame. The Adventure team exclusive Polar Bear set is AWESOME! No Sigma 6 yet, but I only popped in for a sec.

I didn't build an Apocolypse for myself, but I did help my son. His is all blue, but he ended up with black legs. It doesn't bother him, so all is well. I didn't even know it was a varient for the BAF until after we got it together. Personally, I have a Galactus, Sentinel, & Giant Man (sans hand). I didn't care for Apoc and really have no plans to build Onslaught or Mojo.
