A new MyClone meets Minimate skit is up in the Transformers section, Captain Atom (JLU) gets a background, and I put the B:TAS Joker head on our new DC body. I also threw in Jason Todd's battered corpse for good measure.

He's not bulletproof. Our yellow Sun forms a forcefield aura of sorts around his immediate body. That's why sometimes, his cape will get shredded, but everything else will be fine. He's not invincible (which is what everyone who hates him complains about), and if something is powerful enough (Darkseid or Doomsday, for example), they can pummel the crap outta the forecfield, weakening it, and causing Kal-El some serious damage. What Kryptonite does, is its radiation cancels out his entire aura, then hits him with some serious power plant type radiation, which is why he always falls down when exposed to it. So, essentially, he's never human. He's either Super, or super-vulnerable. This lesson has been brought to you by LexCorp.

I know where you're coming from. The less paint, the better it looks/poses. No amount of priming is anywhere near as good as colored plastic, sorry 'Myte.

I should have both Bishop's arms & Gwen's legs. Let me just check my parts bin to make sure. For Superpatriot's head (can't wait to see it!) I'd just use a 'Mate head, get some tube styrene for his goggle lenses, and some sort of sculpting compound (I can't sculpt, so I don't know what would be the best to use) for his ponytail, and just attach it to the back of his head. As for Angel's body....(I'm gonna regret suggesting this)....I'd say find a blank white Free Comic Book Day 'Mate (d*mn, I still need alot of those... ) and just paint the blue(or red) stripes on that.

I coulda sworn he had something like that on his costume. My friend thinks so, too, and we sure as heck didn't watch the eipsode together. So, for two people to think that something's there, who didn't watch the episode together, let alone the same airing...how does that happen? Was there more than one JL ep?

The one complaint I have, isn't even towards you. It's towards Playalong. I've never liked that JL Supes. One of the reasons I loved the costume in the one ep of JLU I saw, was because it had that Gambit-like headpiece. Then we get the 'Mate, and his head is completely uncovered. Way to go, Playalong...

Problem is, all this negative talk and unsupportiveness is what killed the LoTR line before we could get Ringwraiths or Eowyn.

I loved the movie, I love the idea of more (and different) Minimates.

I have zero interest in the Rocky 'Mates. But, guess what? I'm still buying them, if just to keep the DC & Marvel ones coming. Same with Speed Racer. I don't care about him. Still have him. (Still need Racer X, though...)

I will be buying these.

Yes. It's awesome. Still hate that Prime dies, and HR becomes Rodimus. Ugh.

And just as I remark about how great this board is, someone goes and ruins it. This is the kind of mentality that prevented those of us who wanted Lord of The Rings Wave 3 and/or Street Fighter/Darkstalkers Wave 2 from getting it.

I'd rather have Heroes Minimates than 24, BSG, Star Trek, or Speed Racer - combined. And, being a completist (I want all the different series), that's a shocking statement to make.

Secondly, the sarcasm isn't helped by the misspelling of the word wrong. Honestly, I've seen some typos before, but how can that happen!?

Please, don't prove me wrong when I say this is the best message board ever. Respect that some people might want something you don't, and leave it at that. All naysaying does is give the manufacturers doubt whether or not they should even bother making/distributing it. One person can ruin it for everyone. You really want to be that person?
