    I know the British version is Region 2, but is there any way to burn a copy of it into a Region 1 or region-less DVD? Would a computer burner do that, or would it still be Region 2?

    I want those f***ing deleted scenes. I care more about what was cut from any movie than how they filmed what we saw. This movie is no different.

    Is there deleted scenes on the US version? :blink:

    Dude, don't feel too bad. I entered 500 codes (the maximum allowed) and I only got one. I do know a couple guys who wound up winning more than one. I'll ask them if they'd be willing to let one go. Expect a PM about it soon.

    That would be awesome, man.

    (Especially if they were willing to part with it for the MSRP of $25...or less... :biggrin:)

    That pissed me off so much. I never had a chance to enter it, then, by a fluke, the bottle of Mt. Dew I got out of the vending machine at work had a code I could enter!! But the contest expired later that night, and my work computer blocked the website I had to enter the code into. I get home - our internet was out!! I called my friends - no one answered their phones. I sent frantic texts & left panicked voicemails. Everyone ignored me. Finally, the girl I was dating at the time called me up, went on her laptop...15 minutes past the expiration time (d*mn Eastern time difference).

    I was so pissed at my friends for standing me up in my time of need. I only wanted one of those d*mn Pepsi Primes, since I don't have any form of G1 Optimus. Not the original, not the reissue, not the Encore. :(

    Anyone have an extra?

    Also - DST/AA I hope you're reading this - NO MORE CHARACTER REHASHES!!! The Avengers wave was great. No one we've gotten before, that's "just in a new costume".

    Can I make a case for a Modern Ironman as the exception to your rule ;)

    If they want to make a separate boxed set, like the new Spider-Man one or the Zombies, that's fine. That's the outlet for rehashes. But we shouldn't have to put up with those in the main waves.

    It's bad enough they don't include two variants, instead of making us buy the same figure twice (it's why I passed up on bearded Thor - I don't need two Lokis!!).

    Now this is coming from the BBC, and is for the UK DVD release, so there is a possibility that those scenes won't be on the US release. Still though, I wouldn't put any credence into what Michael Bay has said. He's been wrong or changed his mind before. And I doubt the company releasing the DVD would cut scenes that very well could be a selling point for some people, just based solely on the director's illogical whim.

    Tookytoo had a good idea with a tentacled Carnage.

    When I got my Carnage, he didn't seem like he was complete without his swirling mass of loose symbiote.

    So I would say...

    Tentacled Carnage/Eddie Brock

    Deadpool/Rhino (With bracers and powerhouse chest)

    Vermin/Kraven

    Variant: Spidey Kraven (Bulkier symbiote Spidey, with loads of muscle detail in blue, and a powerhouse chest to show the difference in bulk of Kraven and Spidey)

    No one would expect a Vermin minimate. Ever.

    With all due respect, Deadpool and Rhino make absolutely zero sense, and I don't care if there's some inside tie-in to that, to a casual DP fan like myself, it makes zero sense.

    Also - DST/AA I hope you're reading this - NO MORE CHARACTER REHASHES!!! The Avengers wave was great. No one we've gotten before, that's "just in a new costume". Don't know who Vermin is, but since we don't have him already, bring him on! Kraven sounds like a good idea, too, though that variant confuses me. We need Gambit, Deadpool, Red Skull, Psylocke, Kraven, Ant Man, Mr. Sinister, War Machine, Mandarin, Electro, Falcon, and countless others before we get another variant of a character we've already gotten. We have a Carnage. We have two Venoms, and we're getting another with two Eddie Brocks. That's more than enough!

    Uh, all the IMAX scenes are in the extras list that I posted.

    I haven't seen the IMAX version myself, but I've heard that those are the only new scenes.

    Those aren't the IMAX scenes. When it hit IMAX theaters, it was explicity stated from his personal website that it would include 2 minutes of extra footage, not included on the DVD. So, the scenes on the DVD weren't in the IMAX version, and vice versa.

    Forget about it dude. Bay is a douche. Ignore him, rank him with the rest of the scum, and your life will go much smoother. He doesn't even know how to make a good movie...

    you dont think transformers was a good movie?

    Um...he is entitled to his opinion... I paid to see it 3 times in theatres, and I still feel like it wasn't taken seriously enough, and that the skeletal designs were too blurry unless it was in slow-mo (which was gorgeous).

    How boring would life be if everyone liked the same things?

    Okay I have stated a few times that I want certain mates namely ones that funny enough are now somewhat important in the MU. AKA Deadpool, Sinister, AoA Sunfire(whichishiscurrentlook), and Nate Grey.

    So on the topic of villian 2 packs

    AoA/Current Sunfire and Gambit -

    they are mauraders now

    Mr. Sinister and Dark Beast - both huge players in what is going on now and soon in the X verse

    non villian

    Nate Grey and Deadpool - if you don't know why these two should be paired you need to read Cable and Deadpool

    variant and Deadpool - seriously read Cable and Deadpool you will thank yourself afterward.

    I will tell you what if any of these 7 get made in the next two waves, hell get made period, I will crap myself.

    I like your lineup. Should've "spoilered" the Sunfire/Gambit thing, since not everyone knows (I did, so I'm not mad, just trying to consider other people).

    But, I like your lineup.
