I got Rocket from BBTS, and he's awesome, but his arms don't move like the old ones did, his feet were screwed into the packaging with big plastic screws, lol, and sometimes the face gimmick doesn't spin as smoothly & gets stuck on the previous face. But I was happy to add him to my Rocket collection.

I loved it, but I felt they definitely blew too many loads in one movie (could have stretched three of the characters into each of their own movies - because you know they're gonna do a trilogy, lol). 

And while I didn't have an issue with most of the CG, there were a few moments, and one of the companies that worked on it was ILM, who used to be THE name in CGI, but for awhile now have been overdoing it so it doesn't look as good as it did as it used to.

Love 'em, but where's Knuckles, and who's the sea-foam green dude with the pot leaf on his forehead?

Welp, now I need a bunch of Nakias. Yay, troop building TRU exclusives, especially with TRUs shutting down....

The whole wave looks great except Iron Man, haha. I'll admit to not being a huge Iron Man comic fan, but does he utilize a hologram with such an old armor? The head looks great, but I've never liked the old armors and already have them all, so I don't need a duplicate just for an awesome head - but obviously because I'm a completist and will want his pack-mate, I'll still get him.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I definitely want ML Klaue, Shuri, and tactical Killmonger.

I got the limited articulation Shuri, and she doesn't stand out too badly:

Oh, that sentiment has been made more than once on these boards.

I have never wanted movies figures in either Minimates or Marvel Legends at the cost of comic figures, even though I'm not as big a fan (or collector for ML).

But I am super tired of comic fans of both lines wanting movie figures to stop being made because they don't like them.  

Or have tigers?

C2E2 hasn't had a Minimate exclusive since the first year, I think, and it hasn't had any exclusives since a year or two after that. Not action figures, at least.

Rocket is in my BBTS Pile of Loot, but I won't be shipping it for awhile.

Groot's helmet still bothers me.

I'm one Mr. Meeseeks away from completing Snowball. I'll probably try to grab one on my way home from work tonight. Snagged Birdperson & got Mystery Mini Arthricia on my way to work this morning. Then jumped on eBay to grab a Mini Birdperson & Snowball. Got a lot of Minis Jerry, Beth, Summer, and Mr. Poopy Butthole on the way from eBay. So far no doubles, but I don't expect that to last. Still, I've gone longer (Squanchy, Doofus Rick, now Arthricia) without duplicates buying blind than I have with the Stranger Things boxes. STOP WITH THE BLIND SH**. JUST LET US CHOOSE WHAT WE'RE BUYING. Especially when different stores have their own rare exclusives. F*ck off, seriously. Ugh.
