I'll just take this moment to re-iterate how close we are to finishing both Liefeld and Capullo X-Force teams. We can do this!
-
WBCP does seem to indicate they're all for splitting up the DC license more. I'm sure DST is aware of this and exploring options.

Should... should we, uh, should we tell him...?
Forget it, he's rolling.

That would be awesome. Random for the BAF!

Be-mulleted is my new favorite word.
-
A Dargo Ktor glam-metal Thor variant, Silver Surfer with the Quantum Bands, and an Evolved Thing alongside a bunch of Guardians may just give me the vapors.
-
Valentino Guardians would be awesome, but I don't think they qualify as re-do's sadly.
-
Yeah, the dubious Spidey connection toward the end of Vol. 1 could be our in!

That was the first Wonder Man we got!
Ha! So it was. Forgetting things is one of the many perks of getting old. On the plus side, it's like I just discovered a Wonder Man minimate.

No love for Mullet Wonder Man? Everyone loves a mullet.

This hurts me the most. Knowing we will never get official releases of most of these because we Warrior fans can't even sustain a revival series. ALL I WANT IS A JUSTICE FOR FIRESTAR.I'd even take a GOTG Major Astro in his classic uniform. I've had a mask head and hair piece waiting for this for years now.
I think part of the problem is every series since Vol. 2 has gone for some kind of gimmick (reality show, de-powered mutants, representation from every corner of the universe). The original had charm because it made you care about existing, under-loved characters.

And if we're throwing out 90's wishlists - how about some New Warriors:
Night Thrasher and Silhouette
Justice and Firestar
Speedball and Rage
Nova and Namorita
BAF Hindsight Lad!

Capullo's Sunspot seems to be the only X-Force costume I can think of blatantly neglected from that era. What else were you thinking?
Stealing my post from the wishlist thread:
Liefeld uniforms:
Warpath
Boom Boom
Siryn
Capullo uniforms:
Warpath
Feral
Sunspot
Throw in Stryfe and a Cable-variant to anchor and you have a wave of 90's nostalgia that's so hot right now.

I think X-related 90's costumes are likely given the nostalgia cycle. If so, I'd love to see them complete some X-Force line-ups or bang out a killer X-Factor wave.

Comic fans, 78 will be awesome! Not sure it will be at Toy Fair, though.
Looking forward to it! I'm pretty new around here, but have been with Minimates since the get-go. The wishlist thread is brimming with a ton of comic characters I'd love to hand over my money for.

Someone didn't grow up in the 90s...
80's mostly. I completely understand nostalgia, but that thing is weird looking!

Now I want Rocket Racer, Puma, and Wil o' the Wisp.

A Spider-Man with only two limbs is kind of novel. Where the heck is that Miles from? The rest of the wave is great. Didn't see a Spider-Slayer coming.
-
He would make a great Minimate - especially in a heavy hitter variant slot.
-
Jim Beard! Yeah, his love of Ma was something of a banner for getting lesser-known figures made. He went on to write and edit a bunch of stuff. You can look him up on Amazon.
-
I'd love any new comic figs. Completing the Black Order in a single wave would be great. Of the other figs shown it would be a decent way to get a current Scarlet Witch and Falcon. I'm sure there are a bunch of other characters coming though.
-
I wonder if Mattel losing the DC license to Spin Masters would allow any legal room for new DC 'mates.
Wave 78
in Marvel Minimates

Incomplete teams in 6" action figures is one thing. Incomplete teams in Minimate form seems odd. You'd think it would be more doable at the price point.
