winkerbean
So in the new diamond previews it states that the 24 one's r going to be 2 1/2 " so i guess i won't be getting any as they won't look right sat with the others (Marvel, DC etc...) Edited by Rad: Please don't use caps in topic titles. It looks dead nasty.
AdyCarter
Methinks typo. Cant see that happening, ever. Plus the protos look 2"
Fujis
Methinks typo. Agreed. It's probably like the typo on the DC Minimates ad/poster which stated that they're between 2.5" and 3" tall. *edit - Here's a pic of 24 Minimates being in-scale with Marvel: click here
TBT!
They will be 2", they had proto's at WWLA. T.
Cloneme
I thought part of redoing the Trek mates in 2" form was to make the line more uniform and have the base for all minimates be 2". Trek being one of the more popular 3" lines. Makes sense to me to keep everything at a uniform height so the 2 1/2" and 3" figure difference in height would carry more weight. Jad
Hey winkerbean, you'll probably want to edit the title post to "24 Minimates are 2"
Amazing.JL
DST currently only produces minimates using the 2" base body. Anything bigger would be DC/Art Asylum/Play Along
Cloneme
I did read previews this last month and it does say 2 1/2", but you're right I think it is a typo in the add itself and in the solicit.
Amazing.JL
Yeah I read it as soon as this post came up, it's an obvious typo that happens very often with previews. The Cylon Distribution was incomplete/wrong. DC minimates being 2.5" to 3" inches. Now the "2 1/2" 24 mates, which I think it's happened before. I say we can expect seeing errors.
